How Noelle and Daniela Use Charcoal to Naturally Whiten their Teeth.
Dip a clean, wet toothbrush into the powdered charcoal (or dump a capsule of charcoal on the toothbrush). Lean over the container of charcoal and quickly put the charcoal covered toothbrush in the mouth (this is to protect your sink). Brush in small, gentle circles for 2 minutes, spit carefully and rinse really well.
Do not overuse activated charcoal to prevent gum sensitivity and remember to show off your SMILE 😊. .

How do you make your chicken salad??? Leftover chicken is perfect for a chicken salad the next day🙌🏽. Made mine dairy free with a little broth and olive oil instead of mayo or plain yogurt. .
I added diced onion, peppers and celery. Seasoned with curry powder, garlic and onion powder, sea salt, pepper and fresh cilantro. .
Served it over kale with some farro mixed in and a side of zucchini sticks.
Emotions are meant to be moved through, sometimes we feel like we need to hide and put away the "unpretty" emotions. Its when we hold onto emotions then they have the potential to build up, become hurtful and create bigger issues. The word emotion has the word motion in it. Yoga is one way to put motion to your e-"motions"
There are times during my yoga practice that I can literally feel energy moving through my body releasing emotions that have manifested through the day, week, year etc. Find what works for you, move through your emotions so you can become free! 💓
I'm back on my feet again! I've been neglecting my practice for while now but I hurt my knee and as I was getting better my step son lost his mother which hit me real hard. All my motivation came crashing down. I have to find my balance again .....As you can see I don't go to the gym I like to take my workout outside. To a fresh new start again. 🏃I mean who doesn't get pumped up with this music tho 👍🏻 #wednesdaywellness#motivation#runner#workout#fitmom#strongereveryday#mvp 🏆
This quote by one of our awesome users, Todd Smith, stresses the importance of tracking your own health. Using Heads Up Health’s technology, it helped him to finally find the right specialist, ultimately leading to the right healthcare treatment. .
Todd’s advice for others seeking to transform their health? “My one piece of advice is that people should take 100% control of their own health, instead of relying on hurried, overburdened healthcare providers. At the end of the day, I know that no one has a more vested interest in my health than I do.”

A little #wednesdaywellness quote to get you through #humpday ! #womenfoodandgod Is brilliant!
We are taught to believe our body and ourselves are separate entities, often at war with each other. Bodies ruin our fun, make us unloveable, make us sick, and dictate our self esteem. Our body is the enemy, and there are countless diets/products out there selling us the ticket to fight it and win. Putting us back in control of what we perceive was always out of our control.
This divisive way of thinking breaks us apart, and pulls us out of functioning as a holistic, whole human. Healing isn't on the other side of abuse or demonization, and health isn't on the other side of unhealthy thinking.
I recommend this book to literally EVERYONE. It's the first one at the top of my resources page: link is in bio. 👆🏻👆🏻 P.S. this is a sneak peak into tomorrow's blog post ALLLLL about diet culture logic. How it's broken, and what we can do instead. GET EXCITED🙌🏻🤓
To put some minds at ease, it’s okay to have your hair shed. If you experience a ton of hair loss consider looking into your stress levels, diet, hormones, or medication usage.
There is also some great products out there that help with hair loss.
Happy Wednesday everyone! It's wellness Wednesday. Today I wanted to share my workspace. What does it have to do with wellness, you may ask? Honestly, I've ALWAYS had an aversion to the "office" environment and have avoided jobs where an office, cubicle and even business casual dress were required. All have been total deal breakers. But my guru gave me the best advice when she said, "You HAVE to pay the bills". At first I thought, you mean I have to sell my soul for the corporate agenda? Absolutely not true. It's all about balance. With that in mind I decided I would change my mindset and completely live my yoga. Everyone I talk to knows that my spirituality is very important to me. I invite people into my space if they need a break, or just the presence of calm. This way I get keep myself while "paying the bills".
