this is trial number 2, challah with cranberries and pecans. this time I have roughly chopped cranberries and pecans, and worked them into the dough at the end of the first mixing. colours look better!
MORNIN' ☀️ | TY, SOHO (bit obsessed)🥛☕️ We had to head back again to the cosy TY Soho. I feel like this is going to be a regular spot of ours. We decided to try their vegan coconut porridge but instead of berries we asked for bananas instead 🍌 #PotassiumKick super creamy and delish!

this is the cranberry pecan challah once it's cut. it might be more colourful if there were some pecans and cranberries IN the bread, not just ON the bread. but the way it is now, even though there's a bit of sweetness on top, it can be eaten with both sweet and savoury.
Marinated Norwegian salmon with sesame, soy and French beans (mains) // The salmon is perfectly cooked which is juicy with a slightly sweet flavour which is a bit similar to the Japanese stye grilled black cod. A really lovely dish. 🐟
