So this week I hit my prebaby weight!!! My first time in 6 years! It's so amazing!! So many times I've tried in 6 years to get here and didn't think it was even possible for awhile.. but I finally made it! Woot woot! Weekly weigh-in! I have really been slacking at eating healthy and doing my weekly weigh-ins but I have been doing well at my portion size and trying to be active so I finally got under 173lbs! I am officially the smallest I've been since I got pregnant with my daughter 6 years ago!! It's crazy to be and I couldn't be prouder! Week one of my 30 day cutting challenge is complete! After seeing @mansports current contest I've decided to extend that 30 days to 60 and enter. Down 8.1 lbs this week but lost some muscle mass. This week going to make some adjustments and add more protein to my diet and heavier sets. #manpersonalbest
The old scales may be headed for the bin today. 😿😿😿😿😿😿😿😿😿😿😿 Two different batteries couldn't quite get it to work on #weighinwednesday but I'm not going to let it derail me. 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀 Weighing on the scales is just something I do once a week and is gives me *some* 👌🏻 - as in a tiny amount - of feedback about how I'm going in working towards my physical and mental health goals. 😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺 In the past I may have said
1. Healthy choices on hold until next week now - no point bothering if I don't know my current weight.
2. Break down in tears sobbing because things aren't perfect.
3. Not eat or drink anything until I can get to the shops and get a replacement set. (Which this time could be silly because I think we may have another set somewhere - but likewise I'm not going to spend all morning searching for it before I eat or drink)
When I find this at the store and I've just started drinking water the way you're supposed to, I gotta buy it! I'm so excited for this journey I've started again! This is the first week and I'm just about over my symptoms from detoxing carbs and sugars from my body! So damn motivated to fight for the life I should be living! Health is a gift that so many deserving people don't have the opportunity to have and I've been wasting mine. NO MORE!! I've got this.
LONG TERM GOAL: lose more than 100+ pounds and be strong, healthy and ready to have babies!
DAILY GOAL: feel stronger every day. Drink enough water, exercise, get enough sleep, feel grateful!
