A nice relaxed Sunday brunch with the company of minions! So The Husband and The Toddler had eggy bread, with lovely fresh baked farmhouse loaf. I was SO tempted, as I feel under the weather and love the stodge! But the bread alone was 6.5 syns a slice so I steered clear and had a nice, free breakfast instead. Really desperate for a good loss tomorrow at weigh in. I even went to a friend’s last night and took my own prepared dinner rather than dominos feast🍕🍪🍟I dreamt I lost 12.5lbs this week 😂 a girl can dream! Oops! I forgot to post my weigh in from yesterday. No changes since last Monday but that’s okay. I started keto yesterday and adding in a lot more cardio so hopefully I start to see some more changes now!
Holy cow! I busted my butt this past week and it showed on the scale in my meeting tonight! I stuck to my points, tried new recipes incorporating a ton of 0 point foods, joined my local rec center to ramp up my activity, and (most importantly!) enjoyed using my weeklies for a date-night with my husband on Saturday. It's the #WWFreestyleEffect !
Monday night weigh in and 1.5lb down AND my 25lb award!!!2️⃣5️⃣ Now that I start my 11th week with weight watchers I’m realising my body is becoming used to my new eating habits therefor the weight loss will begin to slow down. His and hers spag bol using @jdseasonings Bolognese! I don't like mince so have quorn meatballs which are free. Lots of hidden speed in the sauce- spinach, onion, garlic, pasatta and peppers with added carrot and peas. I have to blitz the onions, peppers and garlic up as I don't like the texture of them but like the taste.
