Been nearly 18 months since I hit my one and only 200kg deadlift... NOT ANYMORE! 202.5kg/445.5lb at 83.5kg/184lb!! Now granted I'm still about 5kg heavier than I'd like to be and that back is definitely rounded... But I don't care - LIFETIME PB!! This is also only my 3rd deadlift session since having my 'sort your life out' epiphany.... So I'm setting myself 2 new goals.
1. I want a 500lb/227.5kg deadlift.
2. I want a 1000lb/455kg 3 lift total - actually think this one is more doable as my current PBs total 442.5kg and that includes a 75kg bench.... But the goal is to hit 1000lb in the same session.

DINNER 😎🙌🏻 made a fresh batch of @musclefooduk chilli lean chicken meatballs using my slow cooker, some passata sauce (tomato puree), tinned five bean salad, garlic paste, orange peppers, baby leaf spinach and some some wholemeal pasta 🙊 to make this delicious dish, brown off your meatballs in a frying pan and add to your slow cooker set on high for a couple of hours with all of the ingredients bar the pasta and spinach! this recipe is great to batch cook for your meal prep as you can compile loads of portions to keep you going throughout the week 👏🏻✌🏻🤓 happy sunday 💛 P.S well done to @carliegeorge who won the @nutristrength giveaway and thanks to everyone else who entered xoxo
Enjoyed the DELICIOUS vegetarian platter at @billsrestaurant but I swapped the halloumi for extra falafel and the tzatziki for extra avocado houmous to make it vegan 😍 oh my 😛 This is definitely one to try if the sun comes back out!
