Apparently I gained a pound and a half this week. What’s surprising to me is how little I care! I came in under my calorie count each day, I tweaked my workouts so I’m doing even more, and my body decided it wanted to hold onto some fat or water (or maybe even gain some muscle) for whatever reason.
It occurred to me while I was standing on the scale that it would be so stupid to let a pound and a half of ANYTHING determine how I feel about myself.
Right now I feel strong. I feel good. I feel proud. The weight’ll come off when it’s ready to come off and that’s perfectly okay. 💪🏻
Wasn’t gonna post this butttt I’m a bit chuffed with myself.. so this time last year I weighed 11st 6, heaviest I have ever been.. I decided I had no time for the gym with a small child so walking was the only way I was gonna lose it! This week I weighed myself I am exactly 9 stone!
