I love sharing my story because I love motivating people. However, for the longest time I was afraid to share my hard times. But I knew I had to because I wanted to show everyone that even after losing 20 pounds I still have my good and bad days.
And you all have been with me on this amazing ride. Every time I'm afraid to share a failure/bad moment, so many of you message me saying you're struggling too. So many of you message me just to check in with how my day is going. I cannot tell you how much all of the love and support truly means to me.
So thank you. Thank you for being inspired and learning from me on my good days, and loving and getting through with me on my bad. 💕

I'm having a bit of a rough day and it's the first day in a long time where I've felt really shit. I dunno what's wrong with me but I don't feel like myself, so I'm going to bed early with my 4SP snacks and going to watch the last episode of doctor foster because it's literally all I've been thinking about all day 😂👍🏻
Bought these little bits today (and a summer coat) but I don't know what to do about the trousers.. they're a size 14 but they're rather tight but all my size 16's are a constant bother as I'm always pulling them up! Wondering if they will just give a little bit once worn and washed? Hands up for size 14 though 🙌🏼
