Day 231 ✅ Goals staying the same, still chasing sub 80kg but also chasing that 25% body fat - Atleast if I stay in these high numbers I can be made up of the goods 💪🏻🤸🏼♀️🙌🏻 In November last year I did a composition that had me at 42% BF and in April this year I was just under 38%BF- to give it some context, back when I was serving i weighed 80kg at 22% BF (May 2013)- updated scan in about a month!

Today I went back over to my old bootcamp in Coona to meet up with my previous trainer Nick, he wanted to catch up properly and hear all about my recent City 2 Surf adventure and he gave me these wonderful little gifts as a well done present. I first met Nick in July 2016 Without his encouragement I would of never joined Battle Pt he gave me the confidence to train in a group environment. When I left his group to join Battle he always kept in touch to see how I was getting on and I always try and pop back to his classes whenever I can. From day one he has always pushed and supported me and is always first to tell me how incredibly proud he is of my journey. It's amazing to have two trainers from two different fitness groups and two different towns backing me 100 percent. Nick has a certain way of grounding me and bringing me back down to earth and reminding me to live a balanced life.
