This year our family is doing grapes, gold fish and coins. 3) Deviled Eggs and hard boiled eggs are excellent protein and there are so many ways to make them look so cute! 4) color your eggs without chemicals by using all natural, organic colorings from vegetables. You can make your own at home with purple cabbage, beets and even spinach. You can also do a search for organic grocers in your area who will most likely carry an organic option. 5) Easter Brunch is better with healthy, organic protein pancakes. It creates the ability to pause, reflect and make wise decisions based on what WE need. It allows us to understand our thoughts, feelings and emotions and break cycles of cognitive distortions.-
