Breakfast today 😋 this was delicious! I usually just have egg whites in my omelettes or scrambled eggs, but sometimes I just really want an actual egg, y'know? And for those against the cholesterol in yolks: yes there's cholesterol but it's the good cholesterol, it tastes good (live a little) and it has a TON of nutrients. For those against eating just egg whites: it has a ton of protein with few calories so it fills you up when you're watching your calories and it does still have nutrients. There are pros and cons to both!
1/2 an avocado
1/2 cup bell peppers
2 large handfuls of spinach
So this happened 🤢 The whole story is in my story...but let me tell you that was miserable! Not sure if it was my vitamins or if I chewed too fast but it sucked! Learning this new tummy is gonna take some time!
My awesome client Steve - his story part 2
### "Having having tried Gyms before i never really got into it I just wasn't motivated
It just wasn't the environment for me
So from a recommendation from a friend I can here It just felt right from the get go
It's felt like that environment I could feel motivated to do it in
And it's a lot less judgemental & more personal
There is no ego to it
The motivation couldn't be more positive
And this is coming from someone who struggled with motivation in the first place
I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Steve to help you"
I am LOVING the infrared & cryo treatments. I look much leaner. My belly is getting more definition. I am still 10-12 lbs heavier than my lowest but I am still dropping.
Other things affecting my journey:
1. I have been doing 5-8 minutes of yoga stretching for digestion every night for the last 3 nights.
2. I ate heavier this week calories wise because a) it was my bday and b) since doing the infrared, I tend to be a bit more hungrier & thirstier right after.
But as a result, I was able to get in as much as 85g of protein the last few days.
3) I'm still losing weight. But last two weeks prior, I was averaging 989 calories a day. This last week, I averaged 1380 calories a day. It's a big increase for me. But, I'm still losing.
I think I should be losing faster based on my math. But maybe I don't burn as much as the 700-800 as listed for cryo. Nor the 500-600 as listed for infrared. I may burn about 150-200 less. Because based on my loss, I feel like I'm losing a touch slower. But end of day: I'm eating more and still losing steadily. That's a win.
Finally, I am thinking of adding planking for a minute or two every night to this approach. I love that my abs are getting definition. I want to help aid that.
But my small changes are truly adding up. The scale matters less to me when I feel like I look skinny. If nothing else, I'm so sure that I am losing the bloat fast.
Nothing I am doing is strenuous. Nor time consuming. Some may judge that as the easy way out. But at 42, you better believe I want to use every #biohack I can to fast track my success.
TGIF! I'm happy that initially, this approach seems to be working for me. I will pray it lasts. 🤞🤞🤞 #fitfriday
D A Y O F F ! 🙌🏻✨ Took a few days off from my favorite breakfast. Oh, I missed it! 😅 Vanilla Greek yogurt with grapes & @peanutbutterco vanilla powdered peanut butter. 💖 I made that peanut butter a perfect consistency! 👏🏻👏🏻 Today I’m gonna go to the gym and grocery shop eventually (yay payday!). And tonight either go to a padre game or a movie! We shall see. ☺️ Enjoy your #friyay everyone! 💞
So yesterday was supposed to be my rest day... I still ended up drenched in sweat by the end of the day. That's a good thing I guess. .
I have been having some aches and pains in my left calf and Achilles' tendon which are recurring problems. Trying to stretch and not let it make me quit. This is what always happens. I exercise and because I am heavy, it hurts my body which is so discouraging.
I'm trying to remember that at the end of the tunnel is a body that cooperates with me. That doesn't need corrective surgery. That can go shopping in any store. That can play a sport. .
I can do this. I believe in myself. Today, I did a workout I didn't plan on, and I'm going to finish the last two of my workouts for the week by Sunday.
CREME DE RICOTA CASEIRO
*Foto sem filtro*
* 1 Ricota fresca (a minha era grande e parti ao meio);
* 100 ml de leite desnatado (ou sem lactose, fiz com o desnatado);
* Sal a gosto;
* 1 colher de sopa de azeite extra virgem;
* Temperinhos a gosto, eu usei o orégano
