👑👜But none the less it's a total staple in my diet & something which I encourage my clients to use👡 it's high protein👢, low calorie (if you choose a 0 fat version)👛, it's versatile ⛸it's  convenient

🎿🎀My added extras include sweetener, which is absolutely fine to use, there is a bit scare mongering around it's use but the amounts most humans will use it in will do no harm. 🏮🎏Cinnamon just goes with everything and actually helps to stabilize blood sugar.📩📧 I think Vanilla Protein powder works well with all the dishes shown(well not the fajita!) & is a handy way to increase your  protein intake.💌

erstmal habe ich mich dafür entschieden mich heute schon zu wiegen und auch den cheatday ein Tag vor zu verlegen wegen noahs Sommer Fest ok erledigt...
Dann stell ich mich heute morgen wie immer im selben Ritual auf die Waage und seh es hat sich NULL getan dachte hää kann das sein?! 🤔 okay noch ein Versuch...
Das waren dann 0,2 PLUS 😒 
Und dann war ich vollends verwirrt und bin nochmal drauf und dann plötzlich 0,3 MINUS 😣
Ich denke ich entscheide mich für dem Stillstand und der ist wohl darauf zurück zuführen das einmal im Monat wohl Hormon gesteuert bin 😒😤
Fühle mich auch total aufgebläht und das ist bestimmt auch Wasser.
Nur schade ist ich wollte bis zum Urlaub meine 10 Kilo Marke knacken 😥 hab aber nur noch ein wiegetag bis dahin 😅 naja abwarten 🙈

🌟Simple strategies to eating out🌟
1️⃣ Keep it Simple. Select simple dishes that are easy to estimate what's in them eg steak chips & vegetables or similar. 1 Pot meals are always harder such as stews, broths & pasta are harder to assume what's in them.

2️⃣ Have a plan of what your going to have. Look at the menu in advance and select 1-2 dishes your going to consume and plan the rest of your day/ macros around those choices.

3️⃣ Don't starve yourself. Make sure to still eat throughout the day, but make sure to choose low calorie volume foods, refer to my other posts. Consume lots of water to feel full till dinner -
4️⃣ Make Adjustments. Don't be afraid to ask for changes such as using less oil, no butter, removing cheese or sauce on the side. You're the customer and these are easy changes for them and save you lots of calories

🦄People tell me they like to drink. People also tell me they want to lose fat. Some people even tell me they want to loose fat. Maybe those people have been drinking too much. Either way, can you drink alcohol and still burn fat? Let's discuss.

🏓The cool thing about fat loss is it's very simple. Not easy. Simple. Simple in that so long as you eat less calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight, you're going to lose fat. And as long as you eat enough protein and strength train you won't lose muscle in the process either.

🐳This principle holds true regardless of whether or not you drink alcohol. And that's the most important thing to understand - you can absolutely drink alcohol and still lose fat *as long as you don't blow your calories.*

🐙People run into trouble when they drink so much it puts them over their calories (which is why sticking to low cal alcohols can help a lot). And/or when they get home and binge on an entire box of cereal, the tin of left over brownies, and a 2 liter of coke. And/or if their drinking habit keeps them from getting to the gym on a regular basis.

🐣All that being said, assuming you don't drink like a frat star, you're going to be totally fine if you keep your cals in check. Not to mention, research consistently finds people who drink moderately tend to adhere to their diet far better in the long-term compared to those who are very rigid and abstain, abstain, abstain.

🌽Your takeaway? By all means go ahead and drink (if you want). Alcohol is not inherently fattening and there's research to show moderate drinking might actually be better for long-term success. So don't feel guilty if you drink - just do your best to keep cals in check. And even if you go way over...doesn't matter. Just get right back on track.

I love nuts and nut butters as much as the next person BUT when dieting for fat loss they can really mess you up. The main reason is because they have such a high calorie and fat content for not much volume and this leaves people craving another snack or treat to fill the void. This results in a huge surplus of calories and ultimately for most, weight gain 😩So many people don't realise this and sadly, they think they are being healthy when they consume the bag of nuts or the rice cake with peanut butter on top... because they have been told that it's a healthy snack... it is, but as you can see from this post, only in small amounts. This visual perfectly describes why whole food options are the best!! --

As you can see, in order to consume 30 grams of protein, you could consume 7.5 tablespoons of peanut butter. This isn’t to say that wouldn't be easy, or even enjoyable, to do. However, just look at how many calories and grams of fat you’ll get along with that 30 grams. On the other hand, just look at how much food you can eat for far fewer calories and fat.

And it’s not just about the fat and calorie load of that much peanut butter, (or the same amount of nuts or other nut butter), it’s also about the lack of nutrients and ability to create satiety. The full meal provides a balanced mix of proteins, carbs, veggies, and healthy fats that will fill you up, sustains your energy, keep your blood sugar balanced, and provide your body with nutrients it needs to be healthy.

The nut butter or nuts? Sure they are a source of healthy fats and provide some fiber (that is if you aren’t eating the butters filled with corn syrup and hydrogenated oils), but they hardly make for a full meal by themselves.

If fat loss is your goal, I recommend around 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight or lean body mass. This helps sustain lean muscle mass and aids in satiety.

Yes its pizza! A nutrisystem pizza lol after a super long day at work im starving and I wanted something comforting and filling. Used waffle fries baked as my smart carb finishing the day under 1500, and im flexing for dessert found some Ice cream at krogers churned style with less sugar with 130 calories for a 1/2 cup , its blueberry, pomegranate chocolate chip. 🏓The cool thing about fat loss is it's very simple. Not easy. Simple. Simple in that so long as you eat less calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight, you're going to lose fat. And as long as you eat enough protein and strength train you won't lose muscle in the process either.

🐳This principle holds true regardless of whether or not you drink alcohol. And that's the most important thing to understand - you can absolutely drink alcohol and still lose fat *as long as you don't blow your calories.*

🐙People run into trouble when they drink so much it puts them over their calories (which is why sticking to low cal alcohols can help a lot). And/or when they get home and binge on an entire box of cereal, the tin of left over brownies, and a 2 liter of coke. And/or if their drinking habit keeps them from getting to the gym on a regular basis.

Recipe:
• 1 lb ground turkey 🦃 • 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp minced garlic • Parsley to taste • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper 🌶 flakes
• 1/2 cup diced onion • 1 1/2 cup sweet potatoes - raw, diced
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 🧀 (optional)
• 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper • Salt and Pepper to taste

1. In cast iron skillet heat olive oil over medium heat 
2. Add ground turkey 🦃 and garlic. Break up turkey as it cooks, until browned
3. Add onions and yellow pepper and cook until fragrant or onion is golden brown
4. Add sweet potato, pepper flakes, salt and pepper
5. Cover skillet and turn down heat. Cook until sweet potato is tender 
6. Place shredded mozzarella cheese on top and replace lid for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted

Dinner tonight was 👌! I cooked up some frozen mixed veg with extra lean ground turkey in a little bit of sesame oil and light teriyaki sauce, and then I served that over some mashed sweet potato. If this looks like a huge-ass portion, that's probably because it was. 🤣 Today was one of those #momlife days where I was so busy I basically forgot to feed myself, so once dinnertime rolled around I was STARVING. Feeding our body with wholesome and nutrient rich food is extremely important! An energetic and nutritious body is a must to be happy, healthy and productive. We can all spare 30 minutes in a week to prepare and plan  our meals/snacks and not have to depend on store bought, pre packaged stuff. Not only is preparing meals at home more healthier but it's more affordable. Preparing food at home and knowing what goes into your food provide an amazing sense of comfort and satisfaction. These protein balls are made with common pantry items, super nutritious and delicious. Trust me, I made a batch last week and it's already over and it's just two of us 😳.
