Okej, bilden i mitten tog jag igår dom andra två är sen 3månader tillbaka. Igår åkte jag iväg och bada med mina barn och det är ju otroligt jobbigt med badhus och en kropp man inte tycker om helt än (men på godväg). 💪🏼👊🏼 Det som gör mig lycklig här är att bikinin jag har på mig i mitten är 6-7 år gammal och i storlek 38. Har inte kunnat få runt den kring midjan innan och nederdelen ska vi inte ens prata om hur den satt. 😔 Men igår fick jag på mig den utan några problem och den satt faktiskt helt ok. Tog dock en annan bikini som jag trivs bättre i men den börjar bli lite för stor faktiskt. 👍🏼😉 Man blir pepp att fortsätta kämpa när man ser detta! Så nu fortsätter vi! Heja oss! 💪🏼💖💜💛

So HELLO I'm Chelsey I'm 25 & I live in a little town called Dartmouth in Devon. I live with my incredible boyfriend of 9 years, Luke who I love very much ❤️
I'm currently in my second year training to be an Assistant Practitioner. I work in Torbay hospital on a Trauma & Orthopaedic Ward & although my job is incredibly tough, I love it.
So my journey started when I had a car accident back in 2010, I broke a lot of bones and I went from exercising a lot to not at all for a very long time, I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid and my weight crept up and up and up. Luke and I decided to go travelling and I'd get comments about my weight.
When we got to Australia we both had a job at the same place and we were there from 7 until 7 with only Sundays off so we rarely cooked, on our way home we used to get takeaway and for lunch we'd have a subway or the Burger King down the road. When I got back from travelling I was my heaviest people saw me and I knew they were holding back and were shocked about the amount of weight I'd put on. So I started an unmaintainable diet and lost 3 stone and the usual happened I started eating normally again and the weight came back on but I was still in denial still thinking I was 3 stone lighter but wondering why my clothes didn't fit so I decided to take the plunge and join slimming world. I know it's cliche but I really have changed the way I eat now and will do forever. Even if I have off plan days I will still food optimise because it's not a Diet. And here we are, I'm 4st 3lb lighter and the lightest I've been in 6 or 7 years!

Feeling like your diet is on point, yet you still can’t seem to make progress? Check yourself and see if you might be taking in additional calories that you don’t even realize. Often, those extra calories are coming from sneaky sources we take for granted, either because they seem so minimal or because we forget even eating them in the first place. Here a six common calorie culprits.
Condiments appear harmless, and ones like dill relish, mustard, salsa, herbs, and spices are. But there are others that need to be monitored more closely. Mayo contains 100 calories per tablespoon, and ketchup and BBQ sauce come in at around 20-30. Might not seem like much, but we often use more than that at once, and if you’re pouring condiments over all of your meals, those calories can add up quick. Same goes for coffee creamers.
Be especially careful at restaurants, where even ordering protein and veggies can become an issue, as cooks love to sauté in loads of oil or butter, easily adding hundreds of calories to your total for the day. Also be aware of no calorie cooking or butter sprays, which are actually not zero calories at all.
Liquid calories can come in the form of coffee, juices, iced teas, and protein shakes. While any of those options can be low or zero calorie, you have to read labels, as often times there are tons of added sugar. And do be careful of what you add yourself to beverages.
The other day while at Trader Joes, I saw a woman sample a piece of pumpkin cheesecake at 10 am. It’s doubtful she remembered that at the end of the day. Little bites like this are often forgotten, but those calories still need to be accounted for.
Bites, licks, and tastes are quite common. Finishing your kids food, asking a spouse for a bite of their meal. Again, just because the food wasn’t on your plate doesn’t mean the calories don’t count.
It’s easy not to realize how calorically dense even some healthy foods are. Nuts, nut butters, dried fruit, granola, etc., while not junk, can contain hundreds of calories and lots of fat or sugar even for a very small amount.

Thanks for all the support and love! As you can tell, I'm 🤡goofy, 🤓nerdy and everyday I'm learning to be more expressive and authentic while sharing my healthy active lifestyle. My journey started at 2️⃣8️⃣7️⃣lbs just over 3 years ago. I dived into the world of health and fitness to change how I felt about myself physically, but didn't know how much it would change me mentally and spiritually as well! I started alone, struggling to see results but was introduced to my current Nutrition Plan, which I found simplified things and gave me not only results, but made the journey fun, offered a community of support, and gave me purpose that I didn't have before!
The photo on the left was taken June 22nd 2017, ONE day after my ACL surgery this year. I didn't know I was carrying that much extra body fat before surgery, but I got "comfortable" with how I looked. The plan is so simple, but as they say, what is easy TO do, is also easy NOT TO do.😞 Since surgery, I've consumed 2 shakes, 2-3 protein-based snacks (or mini meals), and 1 FULL lean meal, CONSISTENTLY. The change in my energy, mindset, self-confidence, and how I FEEL have been AMAZING. The right photo was taken this morning, just under 9️⃣0️⃣ days after surgery. People. That's less than 3 months.😳 When I used to see these transformations, I thought, there is just no way, I, PRESTON UNAEGBU, could EVER do that... but it's funny what an extremely simple meal plan, supportive community, accountability, and a shift in your mindset from limiting beliefs to possibilities, can bring. I'm down 9️⃣0️⃣lbs, up almost 2️⃣0️⃣lbs of muscle, and just wanted to share with you all my progress thus far as of late! I'm gonna continue to get in the best shape of my life, and I'm on mission to help others reach their goals as well!😁 I know what it's like to feel STUCK in your body and in

Day 10/112 So I missed my workout yesterday 😩 I took a nap and didn't wake up until the next morning ! So, I made sure right once I woke up to do Pure Cardio for Insanity Week 2 Day 2 ! Since, Thursday is cardio recovery. I decided to do Week 2 Day 3 and Day 4 on Thursday ! I also went for an hour walk, which was amazing ! I listened to motivational videos and it gave me a huge push of motivation ! Excited for tomorrow 💕
As if T-25 Speed 1.0 at 5:00am today wasn't enough...I had more to burn off and too much going on in my head...so before I can settle down for the night and get some reading in, I busted out TurboFire Lower HIIT 20!!
Now that I've sweat (a ton) and worked out the things swirling in my head, my mind is ready to soak in some PD 📚 .

Avocado and Three Bean Salad⠀
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed⠀
1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed⠀
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed⠀
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained⠀
1 large orange or red bell pepper, diced⠀
12 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved⠀
1 bunch cilantro, chopped⠀
2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and diced⠀
juice of 2 limes⠀
1/2 cup olive oil⠀
salt and pepper to taste⠀
2 cloves garlic, mashed or finely diced⠀
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.⠀
Note: After cutting up my avocado I tossed it in the lime juice then added the avocado and the juice to the salad. This will help with the avocado not turning brown before serving.
Oh how I hate pictures that I cannot control. I am too use to being behind the camera (being someone who loves photography & capturing memories), so seeing myself always makes me go "woah"... .
nothing I can do about the past now but I'm choosing to pick the hard option to change. I've lived enough time in this body that looks this way.
I've lost a chunk of weight before... I just need to do it again and continue with it. .
Hit me another PB this week with my squats 8 rep max at 127kg.
I aim to have some abs by Jan 2018. I've only ever seen the top 2 of my abs haha!

Food intake: Day 270. Egg Beaters + fruit, sautéed cabbage + green beans + Brussels sprouts + roasted tomato, @wholefoods brown box, and sautéed cabbage bowl topped with egg + feta + sundried tomato + Parmesan, and 2 fruit bars, 1 lite string cheese, and Low Cow bday cake. // Under 2,000 calories and kept it healthy. I woke up several times last night hungry and was famished when I got up this morning. So I listened to my body and ate a few more calories today. I'm going to bed hungry again tonight, but not too bad. A little hungry is the sweet spot. Until tomorrow, #fitdadby40 .
