Now that Olympia is over, I have set new goals for myself. My first goal is to become healthier in all aspects of my life. The first starts with my body weight. Yes, I'm starting a DIET! I know this word normally is tied with so many mixed emotions and opinions. But for the first time, this goal is coming from a place of self love, not self hate.
