This #weekend was amazing! I got to spend it indulging in two of my favorite #hobbies and it was a blast! One of the biggest #gifts of my 180lb #weightloss is that I am discovering how active I am capable of being. Next stop? The sky’s the limit, but I’m hoping one day I will actually be confident enough to consider myself an #athlete !!!
Challenging myself and pushing my limits today. Squatting more weight than normal and keeping my form as perfect as I can. I don't have a spotter and I have really loose hips so I use the step as a reminder of proper depth. I never sit but simply allow a slight touch at just below parallel and the come out of my squat. This has helped me a lot.
Trying to make studying appealing by putting it beside bacon and coffee?? I don’t think it’s working, but at least there’s bacon? I’m still not feeling 💯but it’s more of a head cold now (fantastic timing considering I need my head to write my exams!!!!) uhg. Hopefully this fatty, delicious breakfast will lead me towards academic success 🤓
two weddings, one year apart. change is a process and while we have been so busy traveling on the weekends I have not made much progress for the last month but I also haven’t gained. I received endless compliments on my weight loss this weekend. It really keeps me motivated to go right back to my way of eating when I feel accomplished and also feel like crap eating the way I did before. I can’t wait to add another photo next year for the 3rd wedding 2 years later from my other best friends wedding! only 363 days to be an even better version of myself. 💃🏼
This weekend was jam packed and one for the books, but now it’s back to work. It’s almost the end of the month and a lot to accomplish still! Today’s mantra: put my goals second and others’ goals first
