Today's leg workout made possible thanks to my pre workout drink.
When people ask me where I find the motivation to workout I tell them two things: 1st I don't wait until I feel like it to workout, I get up, get dressed and drink my pre workout before I have a chance to talk myself out of it!
Good morning all! 👋🏾 I know I've been MIA, and that's because my head hasn't been altogether with life or WW unfortunately. June has been a true rollercoaster of emotions and I'm just getting back to normality and trying to deal with all the changes. I've taken a step back from social media as it all became a tad too much but I'm back. My breakfast today was 6sp (porridge, coffee and fruit)

When my 6am alarm went off this morning I really did not want to get up and go to the gym and I was all ready just to go back to sleep. Then I thought of @ae_fit recent posts and decided to just get up and get out there! Now I'm 20 minutes into a hill walk workout and I know I'll feel better for it later on in the day! Thank you Ali.
*UNPOPULAR OPINION TIME* I walked to GNC today during work today to pick this one up, the birthday cake flavor, and a few other things. Let me tell you, I'm really disappointed in this flavor. From what I've been seeing on Instagram apparently these are amazing. I thought it was dry. It had hardly any flavor and the flavor it did have was bitter. I don't understand the hype of these. I'm gonna give the birthday cake flavor a try because I did pay for it. I honestly would rather spend the smartpoints on a regular rice crispy treat. *please don't unfollow me because of this lol*
I wanted a protein smoothie after my workout for dinner tonight. Asked for a medium. Paid for a medium. Came out with a large. 🤔 I literally had to ask the guy who made it if this was a medium or not, he didn't even tell me that he made a large when he called my name. Kinda ruined my calculations. I definitely had about half of this and estimated that the 800lb gorilla protein smoothie I drank was around 10sp. It had whey protein, peanut butter, soy milk, non fat frozen yogurt, chocolate, and banana. Half of this smoothie was filling enough! 🙄 (10sp)
