🚨Weekend Issues🚨 •
Does anyone else struggle with the weekends? My friend is having a hot tub party this weekend - there will be food and booze 🤷🏼♀️ do you let your hair down and indulge and try make up for it or spend the night worrying about your “points”?
My weight loss journey starts again this morning. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Feel free to make your own judgement. It cannot be any worse than my own! I am disgusted 🐷🐷None of my clothes fit, I can’t stand to look at myself in the mirror and will not take a full length photo for love nor money! All my photos are strictly shoulders and above 😂😂 both my parents have type 2 diabetes and I do not want to go down that route. I’ll be following my usual weight watchers programme. I know it & it works for me. I’m not going to meetings though as I’m SO skint so technically cheating a little! I have 4 stone to lose to get to my target of 9 stone! I’ll never be a size 0, I’m not built that way but I’m not meant to be this size. I’m only 5ft 2 so my weight is EXTREMELY unhealthy for my height. This time I’m not putting myself under pressure to lose 3 stone in 3 months. It’s not realistic and it doesn’t work like that! 1lb a week will do me. Weigh day will be every Friday morning! This isn’t about last night - just some Friday bants 🙋🏼😂🙈 I only had chips and a couple of weightwatchers bars - my loving boyfriend went out for dinner and didn’t even think to mention it - so no dinner (boys are the worst) 🙄👊🏻
