So I didn't officially weigh in last sat but I weighed at home and gained a whopping 4lb!!! At the time I was telling myself "I've been 100% on plan since Sunday so I don't understand". What I didn't realise was that I'd already answered my own question...."since Sunday". Meaning, that Saturday had yet again become my binge eating day 😡 looking at my app over the last few weeks I saw that I hadn't tracked at all for the last 16 Saturdays and this is exactly when my weight loss slowed down. Weigh day is not a treat day people!!! I'm living proof of that...I'm letting all my hard work go to waste - well it's happening no more!! K x

it's taking a lot for me to post this! Sorry this is going to be another one of those long "oh I promise to start again" posts 🙈
But these will be my starting photos! I am absolutely mortified by how I look 😭😭 I'm 5ft4 and my start weight is 16.4st.
I desperately need a breast reduction and to even be considered, my bmi needs to be between 20-25%, which is roughly 9.7st - 10st.

I also have 3 festivals and 1 weekend away booked in August and September, so I need to do all I can to feel comfortable in some festival outfits!
