I'm not one for posting pictures of my tea but I've been asked by a couple of people to post pics of my food diary and for recipe tips for slimming world so here goes. This is what I had for tea last night and it was so fit I'm still thinking about it now and it's SO easy.
1. Cook correct amount of pasta. For the correct amount of pasta - measure out how much you think is right. You're wrong.
2. Blend a tin of carrots (got to be tinned because they're so soft) with quark, garlic, salt, pepper and basil.
3. Take pasta off the heat and stir in carrot/quark mixture.
4. Put into baking dish, sprinkle your Healthy A choice cheese on top and lash it under the grill until it's brown.
5. Serve with side salad.
6. Eat it
7. Wish you could eat it all over again.
Ergh! hefty well deserved gain. This is 2 weeks off plan eating EVERYTHING! I had an amazing holiday ... however I didn't get back on it when I got home , I got carried away over indulging and now it's caught up with me as I feel crap 💩 but that's it, need a big loss next Monday ... my body is craving the goodness .
The alarm went off at 4am and I had two choices. Roll over and regret it later or get up and be one day closer to my goal.
I chose the latter. I grabbed my tablet and snuck out of the bedroom before the dogs woke up.
Total Cardio is complete and I still had a couple hours to refuel, shower and check in with my challengers.

Love Mondays fresh starts and all that 😋 had a red wine with dinner yesterday and 3 gin and tonics . Don't really drink anymore unless out or am occasion. So today rehydrating !!! In summer it's easy to down lots of water when cooler less so but if in the habit it will stay . So keep drinking . I had no stretch marks with izzy and think it was the amount I drank. Although I was always on the toilet 😂
#mondaymotivation - I know my fellow WW's will understand this. Had a couple of compliments off work colleagues last week. One said that the weight was 'dropping off me'. I thanked her for the kind words (it was a boost after STS on Saturday). But you and I know that the weight doesn't just drop off... each 1/2 pound feels like hard work sometimes, especially when your loss slows down as you get closer to goal. It's nice when people are kind enough to say they've noticed how far you've come though ❤️ x

What a morning I'm having so far 😩 So, I forgotten to set my alarm last night & only had 30 minutes to get ready, then I was to busy in la la land I forgotten to get off the train, I only realised after the train guard announced we are departing for Maidenhead & by this time the train doors were well & truly closed 😳Now im finally back to where I should have been, 30 minutes later with a strong cup of latte at 4SP #wakeywakey#mondaymorninghike#weightwatchers#weightwatchersuk
