It's about time I come out and just admit it.
I personally use energy healing on a daily basis to maintain my health, wellbeing and indirectly, my weight.
Here's an analogy to help you understand why this would be helpful for fat loss.
Your spine is an antenna, with circuitry that sends and receives signals (energy or waves). Getting your body weight down to the number you want to see on the scale is like landing on the radio station you want.
When you're trying to lose weight but focused on the fact that it's too hard, hasn't happened fast enough, or is impossible for you, you're not emitting that same frequency as the station.
You can't tune into it.
You can't find it.
You're out there in the static... you're vibration is wobbly, up but mostly it's down.
And then you give up trying to find it.
But you can find it!
You have to emit the same signal to find it!! It will come right to you that way, easier than you could have ever imagined possible.

Ok... so still struggling to eat. Have upped my exercise too and have noticed that I am very low on energy. Found some GREAT protein shake recipes online that taste amazing so went and bought 4kg of protein powder hahaha 🤷♀️
