Fixing my broke squat form
Squating while using perfect form is something I struggle with. I need to make sure I keep tightness all around and don't have an butt wink.
As you see, I start off with just the bar to warm up and focus on the squat form. I gradually increase the weight on the bar when i'm warmed up.
Something I need to be doing more is to record my squat form so I can break down what exactly I do wrong and fix it.

Super late Thanksgiving Eve #WisdomWednesday post, but I couldn’t let the day end without it.
I took my almost 10-year-old to see @wonderthemovie this afternoon. We absolutely loved this movie. It was both timely and timeless, and I think everyone needs to see this movie.
My fave takeaway was this quote: “Auggie can’t change how he looks, so maybe we can change how we see”. Love this.
People can’t change what race or ethnicity they’re born into. They can’t change their genetic makeup. But we can change how we choose to see people. We should all celebrate each other’s differences and not tear each other down because of them.
