The things I enjoy about running races are they give me motivation to train and stay healthy, and the feeling of community when running the race. This project is Giacomini's spiritual journey to bring 10,000 Buddhas into existence through art. La Quinta Resort now joins other cultural institutions that have played host to her project, including Miami's Wynwood Arts District, L.A.'s famed outdoor Abbott Kinney Drive in Venice Beach, Washington D.C.'s Smithsonian District, and Dallas' Asian Art Museum. @10000buddhas #wellnesswednesday
6️⃣ Years ago, I thought I knew what a "healthy lifestyle" was basically because I was eating all Whole Foods😂 Funny but true! I actually had a very closed mind when approached to take a look at the nutritional rebalancing system I now use (which is not my favorite thing to admit that I had a bad attitude with a slight ego). My knowledge has MUCH evolved since I began implementing superfood nutrition and cleansing. It if fun to learn when I know I have an easy solution. The impact of acidic foods/drinks/attitude/environment has ill effects with the beautifully designed human body. What we fuel ourselves with shows up good or bad!
