What’s for Dinner?
Vegan Jjajangmyeon/Noodles with Black Bean Sauce
(Recipe link on bio)
Do you have one day (maybe twice) in a week when you allow yourself to indulge in heavy foods? I do.
This weekend I had my favorite, a vegan version of jjajangmyeon. Although it has less fat compared to the original version that uses animal fat, I still used some plant-based butter in my recipe. What I like about this version is that it does not leave any aftertaste since only plant-based ingredients were used. So, if you like noodles and the taste of black beans, you may want to try this dish at home or look for a restaurant that serves vegan jjajangmyeon.
