Patience. Confidence. Commitment. Kindness. Respect. We learn every single day ➰thank you for capturing the moment @trubavinphoto 🙏 Скоро отправляюсь в сторону аэропорта, но на этот раз буду смотреть на лайнап сверху:) Ближайшие пару недель я в Москве! 😊
Episode #wetsuit This is what happens when you let your friends take over your "#mymorningsocks Hats off to Perry and Nick for rising to the challenge, I expected nothing less. I was happy to tie for first and motivate them to reach new heights. It's been lonely at the top and the golds getting heavy. Now we'll have to work on there acting and camera skills! FYI: I had Nick on the bike and he cut me off at the finish line!!! Perry should've been a Pro swimmer, he's toasting us!!! By allot #bike#swim#friendsforever#actorslife

From: @deepfreediving " [Kristin]: Yesterday was the last day of the Caribbean Cup and I received my 2nd white card on a very relaxed and easy dive to 68m/223ft CWT 😊 I'm glad I decided to take the day before off as I just didn't feel right to dive that day. Giving myself that extra day off helped me reset my mind as I have been pretty much going for personal bests on almost every dive since I've been here. I had achieved 68m during a training dive here last week and felt very confident to do it again as the dive itself was fairly easy. The only issue I'm having now for not going deeper is due to my equalization technique. I will be working on just that till Worlds starts in a few days. Dan had decided to take the last day of CC off and give his mind and body more rest from deep dives. Though he has been struggling to get back to the depths he wanted to be at, he is still learning and gaining so much from the experience here this year which will only benefit his diving in the long run. Freediving is all about perspective. The more positive you are the easier and more fun the learning curve will be.

Compilation of the Catalina Island portion of trip 2. Had a lot of great experiences this time staying over night. We ate a variety of food, had good ice cream, went snorkeling twice, and even went parasailing. It is very beautiful to go around and I want to go back for more! Next time here I plan to explore away from the town and into the other parts of the island. Maybe go diving if I have the cojones lol.
Giorno 13. È giunto il momento di salutare il Circolo Polare Artico per continuare il nostro viaggio verso il sud della Norvegia🇳🇴.Questo non è un addio,un giorno ci rivedremo...chissà in quale nazione...chissà in quale continente 🌍
I finally got to wear my new wetsuit!!! I now have my photography certification. I have open water, advanced open water, Nitrox, and photo. Not sure which cert I'll do next. #diving#galaxyprint#wetsuit#floridalife
When you wake up early to go to the beach but you gotta work at 9am ⌚🤔
Fashion Designer Thom Browne made a $3,900 Designer Wetsuit!!! 🤑😲😲🙊 It's part of his Spring/Summer '17 line. BUT it's actually the craftsmanship of Orange County’s #Pioneer Shane Jones. Founder of Jonesea Wetsuits, his name was passed on to Browne when the label was in search of somebody to build their first sample. At the time, the self-taught tailor says he was living out of his 1968 Chevy and working out of a 10x30 storage unit in Garden Grove. When he did the first vest sample, they asked him to make a fullsuit sample worth 5 FIGURES!!! He's obviously not homeless anymore 😂👏
