My banh mi was crunchy on the outside. Inside filled with pâté, pork char siu, sausage, fried egg, homemade pickles, papaya, carrots, parsley, chili sauce, soy sauce, and her secret sauce. It tasted sweet savoury and a little spicy. Wow!

Got breakfasts and lunches prepped for the week! I've become pretty dependent on clean eating meal plans but I wanted to make something different for lunches this week. Have you ever taken an old favorite recipe and calculated the nutrition info? 🤦🏼♀️ This one wasn't terrible but I definitely want to try and clean it up a bit next time - probably add more veggies and do a homemade sauce. Most of the time I'm happy to follow a meal plan but I also want to work on making some of my other favorites a little healthier!
