So this uninspiring looking bland red mush is one of my dads favourite foods. When i was little, and i got hungry late at night i would come to my dad (my mom is a early bird so she is sound asleep at 20) and he would just throw some sliced kiełbasa, beet (we had homemade Vegetables preserves) and huuuge amount of horseraddish on frying pan. It is so spicy, id get runny nose and teary eyes, but it was so magical to sit with my father, late at night, and watch some late night tv action flicks.

Preparation: bring mint leaves🍃 and green tea bags to a boil in 4 cups of water and then turn off heat and let it steep for 10 minutes then strain and let cool. Add blackberries 🍇 and 3/4 cup water to food processor and process until you have a thin juice. Strain out juice. Mix green tea mixture, blackberry mixture and the juice of two limes. Combine 1/2 cup hot water with the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add juice of 3 lemons 🍋 Add 3 cups of cold water. Add lemonade mixture to the blackberry tea mixture and then chill. Shake or stir with ice before serving 💜

I really wasn’t feeling it today. I’ve had a horrible headache all day and I’m feeling absolutely shattered. But I went. I did 54 lengths in 50 mins and I feel a million times better. .

Getting ready for our special #thanksgivingramen 🦃🍜 this Thursday @kotoramen 😋🍁🦃🙏 #thanksgiving #kotoramen
I can't believe how simple this soup was to make! Only three ingredients: one butternut squash, a tsp curry powder, and two cups veggie broth. Bake squash @ 425 F until fork tender, then blend with other ingredients and heat in a pan before serving. This would be a perfect side dish or appetizer for Thanksgiving! P.S. Today is one year since I went vegan, or as I like to call it, my veganniversary!!!

I diced a granny smith, put some cinnamon & @waldenfarmsinternational
Pancake syrup on it. Cooked it up in the pan, and then put it on top of my @lindahls_nederland quark. And lemme tell youuuu! It's delicious 💜💁🏻‍♀️ and perfect for the cold weather. My whole house smells like apple pie! 🍎

Chia pudding is an easy make-ahead, on-the-go breakfast staple at our house.  It is nutritious, delicious and versatile, and can literally be thrown together in minutes the night before.

Chia seeds have a mild nutty taste and are extremely nutrient-dense.  They are rich in fibre, minerals, protein, antioxidants, and essential omega 3 fatty acids. 🙌

Here I have made my chia pudding extra creamy and satisfying by using a combination of coconut & cashew milk.  It has also been amped-up a couple notches with antioxidant-rich matcha & chlorella along with probiotic collagen peptides!  I used @crushedtonic Matcha Crush which contains probiotic + marine collagen + biotin + matcha!! 🙌🍵💪

For a vegan option, substitute natural protein powder of choice plus high grade matcha powder. 💚

Ingredients: white chia seeds, canned organic coconut milk, unsweetened cashew (or other nondairy) milk, @crushedtonic collagen matcha flavour, @giddyyoyyo chlorella powder (optional), pure vanilla extract, sea salt, and raw honey (nonvegan), pure maple syrup or stevia to sweeten as desired. Washed that down with a coffee. Half HexA with a splash of gingerbread syrup from skinny syrups (Syn Free!😃) .

It’s weigh day today and I’m really hoping for my stone award tonight but I’ve had a few naughty days over the weekend. I stayed within syns but I can’t help but feel guilty for what I ate! Fingers crossed though! 🤞

So even though I went food shopping at 1am, was half asleep and MEGA craving ALL of the bad carbs..... I managed to keep my trolly almost 100% speed/Free. I got one box of mikado but they are SUPER good and low syn so all is good in my trolly world. .

Why keeping couscous savoury?! Here is my first attempt at  breakfast with belboula 😍 (barley couscous) and it was amazing!!! I use the quick method to cook it (by microwave- written on the pack) but add milk instead of water and a healthy amount of cinnamon powder🌺
