Easy shrimp stir fry for dinner 🍴 😋 Needed this after an afternoon studying 📚 I bought a big bag of frozen stir fry veggies because it's finals week and I don't have them to individually prep the veggies 😬 Frozen veggies can be such a life saver on busy days! Lunch served with San Choi bow. Go well with every thing. Chicken with black fungus, fresh cucumber and reddish top with roasted nuts.

Doesn't get any better than a classic potato stew. Childhood-infused, this stew was a staple in our home as it was for most Romanian families. Traditional, humble, and inexpensive, but creamy and hearty, this dish (tocăniță de cartofi) always got me chasing tomato sauce with a piece of bread between my fingers. Pair with a good ol' chunk of salty aged sheep's cheese for that #Dobrogea touch. Beyond comfort food 🍜🍴🍷

Lunch was tuna salad on Asiago herb sourdough.
Mid morning munch on a tiny slice of dark chocolate sourdough😍
Breakfast was one egg, turkey, and laughing cow on Asiago herb sourdough.
We’ve almost eaten through the Asiago loaf (in two days!)... I’ll go back to Dave’s Killer Bread when it’s gone.
