Immunsystem und Verdauung wirkt 🍋 Um das Ganze noch mehr aufzuwerten, in diesem Falle mit einer Omega3-Quelle, kann man noch einen EL Chiasamen einrühren 👌🏻 Ich pesse mir immer eine halbe Zitrone auf 0,5-1L Wasser aus 🍋🍋 .

Found this new, vegan, ice cream - esque dessert at Fred Meyer next to the So Delicious. They had this one (sea salt caramel) and butter Pecan for $3.29 each. It's not amazing, but not bad either; a bit overly sweet for my taste, and not as creamy as I prefer. But the price is right, and at under 600 calories for the entire pint, is a good alternative for those of us who like to polish off the whole thing in one sitting (sorry to bring up calories... third trimester has brought with it the delightful fatigue of first trimester (yay, couch naps!), which hasn't at all been helped by a decent drop in my normally formidable iron levels - thanks for that, pippy!! whilst my levels are still far from deficient, i need to get on top of them before they get worse. so! daily green smoothies it is, along with this little trick - a couple spoons of blackstrap molasses washed down with organic orange slices. vitamin c increases iron absorption and helps to take away the not so delicious taste of the molasses! any other tips for increasing iron levels during pregnancy? let me have them! #30weekspregnant#vegan#veganpregnancy

Last year this time my life was okay, but I was thriving for more. I wanted to see what's out there. So I quit my comfortable okay job and my safe life in Munich to try something new, to go for what I was passionate about and apply for uni again. To learn something new, to challenge myself, to make room for my creativity and my hunger for more! ✨
And I couldn't be more happy about my decision! I love my life at the moment even though exam period isn't the most enjoyable time of the year. But I'm working towards my dreams every single day! ⭐️

The tempeh(textured and tastes like fish cake, but made with all plant based ingredients)from the farmers market was so good! And we added that to the bibimbap. Today was a busy Sunday😃 so we didn't really have a chance to eat at home except dinner :) just had a lot of veggies and fruits instead of processed foods 💚
