RASPBERRY CHIA JAM
I realise I’m about 10 years behind on this as everyone makes it now, but this was my first go and it was very easy. Testament to this was the fact that I made it in the dark last night whilst Dolly slept in her buggy in the kitchen (making use of the white noise!!) .
It’s less sweet that normal jam but this works for me as I love the sourness of raspberries 👌🏼
So far we just had it with banana muffins, but I think it’d be delicious on toasted sourdough....
Lunch prep: burrito bowls on a bed of Mexican cauliflower rice! First time making the rice and it turned out pretty well. Of course doesnt taste exactly the same but is a very good base for the burrito bowl. There pinto beans, roasted peppers and onion, crockpot carnitas and queso, salsa, sour cream. 😍
BEETROOT QUINOA, SPELT FLOUR FLATBREAD & PAN FRIED SARDINES 👌🏼
Whilst we eat a lot of vegan & veggie food in the @feedmybabybetter house, we’re actually pescetarians.....tonight we had sardines, MORE spelt flour flatbreads & quinoa with grated beetroot (served with salad and yogurt)
Luckily Albie ate his dinner at nursery as he wouldn’t have touched this with a barge pole 😜 Baby Dolly on the other hand loved the fish and demolished everything but the bread. .

Jeden Dienstag machen wir unseren Speiseplan neu. Dienstag statt Montag, weil man so immer 2 Tage zum Einkaufen hat, statt einen. Das kann nämlich manchmal ganz schön stressig sein, wenn dann Montag was wäre.
