An update on my weight loss / exercise journey and mental health for all the lovely people who message me and want to be updated etc!! Over Christmas I gained 5/6kgs due to sleeping tablets I was taking. Since then I started seeing an exercise physiologist and stopped taking the tablets. After less than a month I am 5 kilos down and back to my starting weight ☺️☺️☺️I need to add that these tablets increased my appetite hugely and I was eating LOTS more than normal and craving/eating really bad foods. I still have a long way to go and plan to lose more but for now I’m super happy and I’m fitting into my normal clothes again and not stuck in oversized maxi dresses!! For now I’m not going to post transformation photos because I’m still not happy with where I am in terms of self confidence but hopefully when I’m happy with how I look I’ll post a before and after photo if that’s what people wanna see!! BUT ALSO I cannot stress the amount of help exercising everyday has had on my mental health!!! I was already doing really well but now my anxiety is at an all time low for the first time since around 2011 ☺️ if you aren’t doing well or just want to feel even better than normal I can’t praise eating healthy and exercising enough!! Please take care of your beautiful bodies!! If you are having a hard time or just a bad day PLEASE remember I am always happy to listen and help if I can. I love you all very much 💗💗💗(thnx for listening lol)

Happy Tuesday everyone! I've actually been sleeping for most of today as last night I had sleep paralysis and then panic attacks, so I only got an hour of sleep and a really bad headache before I had to get up for school, so I took the day off and have slept until round about now. I want to say that to anyone struggling with a mental health disorder such as anxiety, you might need to take things slow sometimes and be mindful or take a day off that others might not need. It's part of the recovery and I am always here to talk if you're anxious about something or just want to chat. Tomorrow I'll be uploading an anxiety update to the blog and also a mental health stigma post for all those who need to read it. 💕
