#tb to this deliciousness 😋 it's a great vegan option for when you're craving ice cream, but it's not exactly low-calorie, and is highly processed. It had the same amount of calories and sugar than regular ice cream, but less than half the saturated fats, and of course, no lactose. While this isn't exactly "healthy", and I wouldn't encourage eating the whole pint in one sitting, it's something that's okay to have every once in a while, and definitely worth it because it is so good 😍🙌🏼 so happy more and more ice cream companies are providing lactose-free options. I have had some major stomach issues lately! It made me second guess my way of eating too high of protein diet, and my body not processing it properly.
