We had to try this! Pasta made from Brown rice? I like the sauces from this company so the pasta was worth a try.
The taste was good but the texture took some getting used to.
Next time im going to try overcooking it to see if it softens up.
Overall it wasnt too bad!

My #snackplate was delicious for a post-dance rehearsal snack! My last dance rehearsal ever😭❤️️ my team and I are ending the season this week as we take on Nationals! I'm so excited! I came home pretty hungry! So I threw together a plate of carrots, strawberries, deli turkey, and a spoonful of almond butter. All #whole30approved ☺️ I also grabbed the new book I'm reading and settled down to rest for a bit. Draw The Circle by Mark Batterson is a 40 day prayer challenge. I'm on day 6 and it has been so wonderful so far. Today, a quote that stood out to me was, "The greatest tragedy in life is the prayers that go unanswered, simply because they go unasked". Don't be afraid to lay EVERYTHING in God's hands. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you" 💗 what a promise! Happy Saturday!

I rarely buy condiments or salad dressings as I make my own, but I couldn't resist.
The Caesar dressing is beyond wonderful. Besides being a salad dressing, I'm thinking of adding it to my skipjack tuna for lunch today.
The Chipotle mayo is wonderful and has a nice little burn to it. In addition to using it for traditional purposes, I'm thinking tomorrow morning I may use some and whisk it in with my eggs for breakfast.
The garlic sauce I used for stir fry and a lot of other things, like adding to tuna or whatever. I don't use the coconut aminos as they are way too sweet but this is a really nice touch.
This is our last weekend... weekends are the hardest for us, we love to graze... w30 has definitely taught us proper portions and a balance meal. Turkey chorizo for breakfast and lettuce wraps for lunch, cucumbers marinated in ACV.. went to farmers market and got a bomb garlic chipotle spread, all about flavor!! #whole30

🍉Happy Saturday!! 🍉 Summer goals - up my hydration! I'm the worst at drinking water 🤦🏼♀️ seriously the worst. This morning I made some watermelon lime juice and it was DELICIOUS! And so easy. Just blend watermelon, squeezed lime, and water if you want to cut down on sweetness / add more water to your intake! 💗🍉

Protein pancakes, blueberries, cacao/almond milk drizzle after a great early morning workout. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I've been wondering if I'm getting enough protein with working out and feeding my (hefty!) baby and the kind people at @rootznutrition sent me a paleo protein to try so I've been fueling up by adding a scoop of it into my post workout brekkie pancakes. Usually stevia in food isn't my jam but I actually like this one, and with the other ingredients it's a mega protein dose too. #getbacktoyourrootz
The area in my life where I've seen the most change is my emotions. I'm FULL of all the feels. When I first started using oils I would only use my stressaway when I was desperate. I never touched my frank. I didnt use my oils habitually. And I didn't REALLY feel any different. Then I committed to using pro+ plus everyday to support hormonal balance. After using it faithfully for 5 months I noticed the difference. You have to use your oils daily to get the most benefit from them. As time has gone different oils have been added to my routine to support my emotions. These are the ones that I use every single day, usually two or three times, just for emotional support. When you wake up super sick 😷 and @alec_gettingfit treats you with making you some of your chicken veggie soup you've had frozen in the freezer for moments like this. It was honestly exactly what my stomach could handle after getting sick this morning and still 100% Whole 30 approved.
