Made-from-scratch Sloppy Joe slop over a baked potato with a simple broccoli coleslaw. Both recipes are paleo or Whole30 compliant. I don’t want to diet, but I want to eat more whole foods; this is my attempt at eating better. Slowly but surely.

M1: sweet potato egg casserole
Snack: pack of tuna
M2: 1/2 chicken and plantains
Starbucks run: tea - jade citrus mint
Pre-dinner: kombucha and spoonful of almond butter
M3: ground beef over mashed potatoes
Dinner for one! This satisfying carrot curry soup is my latest favorite. Especially during Fall I’m all about soups and I enjoy them slightly warm the most with some veggies on top to get some extra crunch. Who wants the recipe for the soup?🙋🙋🏼♂️

Dinnnerrrrr was deliciousss!!! First time trying Cob and absolutely loved it 😋 paired with roasted cauliflower and onions & a Mediterranean cucumber and tomato salad. With a tahini/mayo/lemon/garlic sauce on the side. All thanks to my little sister who made it last night and I literally dreamt about it and had to make it today 😂😋❤️

Day 9, Meal 3. I'm really too pressed for time, but I'm also not feeling great and I'm super tired, so I know I deserved to make myself some tasty, healthy food and get some of that prep done I couldn't do Sunday. And so, I roasted my first chicken! Definitely a trial and error process.
I was intending to eat the drumsticks tonight, however I destroyed the cooked chicken, so pulled meat it is! Here with steamed kale and sweet potato with homemade ranch dressing. I really needed that comfort food today...
And now cooking for later this week...bone broth!
