A few days late, and a few dollars short 😂 but HEY! Finally getting around to posting that I completed my second round of whole30!!! Woo hoo!!! This round was so much easier than my first, and I feel awesome!!
Since I'm feeling so #amazing I have decided to extend my #whole30 to a #whole45 ☺️☺️ The reasons for this are complicated, but basically I don't feel like I'm ready to reintroduce. I feel like I am just REALLY getting into my non scale victories (#nsv ) and I want to develop and really think about these feelings a little longer. A whole30 is meant to be a reset, and not a permanent change. I acknowledge that, so I will force myself to reintroduce at the end of 45 days #noexcuses
After my whole45 I'm not sure what I will do next. Maybe a modified paleo? Idk I really want to eat bread again 😂 so maybe I will just stick to "clean" eating and avoiding added sugar as much as possible. Last round the only thing I really stopped eating was dairy (aside from an occasional treat 😉) and I plan to continue that after this round as well. What I know for sure is that I don't want to go back to the way I was eating before.... which is what I said that after my last whole30 (and I didn't stick to it which is why I think I am so apprehensive this go round 😔) anyways no time for a pitty party over here!! I am ready and determined to finish strong and continue this healthy lifestyle for years to come! Do y'all have any tips for reintroduction or life after a whole30?!
