Boom I finished Whole30 👊👊 30 days of no dairy, no alcohol, no legumes, no sugar (except fruit), no grains, no msg, no sulfates. 
Here are some of my non-scale victories 🍭no stomach bloat 🍭my digestive system in on point 💩💩💩🤣 (which is normally not the case for me) 🍭less acne 🍭sleeping better 🍭clothes fitting better 🍭NEVER feeling like I'm starving, if you're hungry you eat! Kinda mind blowing 😂😂😂
🍭I have an old ankle injury that will cause my ankle to swell often, over the last 30 day my ankle hasn't swelled at all 🙌
I do feel like I've lost weight but I have zero plans of actually weighing myself, the scale is rarely motivating and more often the cause of me wanting to give up and frankly it just makes me angry😡I'll start Whole30 Round Two in a few days I bought a matcha/kombucha that has added sugar while I was doing Whole30 so I obviously couldn't drink it. You better believe I'm drinking that today🤗😋I also bought a primal collagen macadamia bar that I'm excited to eat today too! Other than that I'm keeping it Whole30!

#whole30mom Well, I made it 30 days of no added sugar and all the other elements that make up the program. •My takeaways that had the biggest impact are no snacks, and no artificial sweeteners. I ate lots healthy fats, veggies, fruits and yummy proteins.  I gave up so many staples that I don't miss now like peanut butter, and instead switched to almond butter.  I love black coffee and green tea unsweetened. •I have also adopted some ayurvedic principles such medium breakfast, big lunch and small dinner.  My prep and cooking skills have drastically improved.  I have discovered many easy, but tasty new recipes.  I can't wait to stay #whole30forlife, have control over my eating, and experience #foodfreedom. •I plan to do a slow reintroduction of foods I gave up, and only if I really want to have something. I also lost 6 pounds with only changing my diet. •Most importantly, I felt constant energy through the days, and just felt content, calm and little annoyances or stressful stuff just didn't bother me the same way before.  I was able to get a lot of writing done on my dissertation during the 30 days, and have slept better than ever. •My kids have started to eat little more healthy.  My husband stopped his daily soda habit and has lost over 5 pounds too.  #gratitude

Today my man finished his first #whole30! Words cannot express how proud of him that I am! He was complaining about feeling sick, tired, and bloated! I told him I think it's time for a whole30. He was reluctant, to say the least, but he agreed. The first two weeks he was grouchy, and he missed his sugar and white carbs. But, he slayed that #sugardragon! Now, he sleeps through the night like a baby, and doesn't snore(my favorite😂) His hands don't fall asleep anymore, and I think he looks 10 years younger! I hope this helps someone out there that has lost hope, and needs help! This isn't a diet, gimmick or fad! It's a life change! If he and I can do this, anyone can! I am proof, because, I have been living this way for 3 years! We are doing another one on July 10th if anyone want to join us! Let so this!

Eu tenho um problema sério com salada que se chama preguiça de fazer. Ontem resolvi organizar tudo em potinhos e pra não ter desculpas, deixei o molho pronto tbm. O molho de salada é simples: duas partes de óleo (usei azeite extra virgem), uma partes de ácido (usei vinagre de maçã) e temperos (sal, orégano e cebola desidratada). Agita o vidro e vc terá um molho de salada cremoso e delicioso! Imagina agora as inúmeras variações 😋. Aprendi com a @sillmeloakita .

Refoguei frango desfiado no azeite com cebola e alho desidratados, depois acrescentei água o suficiente e deixei ferver. Em seguida cenouras em cubos e qndo as cenouras estavam quase macias, adicionei couve-flor triturada e deixei cozinhar. Acertei o sal, adicionei pimenta do reino e depois de pronto, com a panela já desligada, um punhado de coentro. 😋😋😋

Today was a perfect day to grill... and I made it my goal to NOT turn on my oven at all! We made Lime Cilantro Marinated Pork Tenderloin with a side of Grilled Green Beans and Red Onions and Horseradish & Garlic Potato Salad.

The pork is an #altonbrown recipe and I just sub a few dates for the honey and throw all the ingredients in my blender. I HIGHLY recommend his recipe/method for this. Just google "Alton Brown Grilled Pork Tenderloin" and you'll find it!

The potato salad is a good amount of mayo, a few dashes of white vinegar, heaping 3 tsp of Horseradish (TJ's is compliant!!), 10 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 red onion (diced), 3 stalks of celery (diced), russet potatoes and S&P.
•
For the green beans, I just tossed them and the other half of my red onion (sliced) in EVOO and S&P and put them in our grill skillet. Easy peasy! ✌️-Danielle

There have been so many benefits I have seen on this Whole 30 Adventure. I am sleeping better, feeling better, I am not feeling swollen and bloated after I eat. This has not been hard! A bit of a learning curve, Yes! 
Retraining my "needs" and cravings, Yes!
Focusing on my mind and spirit more than my body, Yes!
Dealing with why I feel I "need" certain foods to comfort me instead of turning to God and cultivating real relationship with Him, YES!
During the last 34 days I have had many people say to me, "I can't live without...dairy, sugar, grains, bread...whatever food." And I had moment where God made it real simple to me, if I can't live without a certain food, then I am living for it. I will no longer live for the foods that once seemed to comfort me, but in truth held me captive!
