Finally typed out the recipe for my favorite winter soup! This is so incredibly easy and versatile you guys! You can customize it to pretty much your own by subbing your fav veggies or omitting the sausage 🤗Whenever I make it I double the batch so I can freeze half and pull it out when I don’t feel like cooking 🙌🏻 I saved the stories from when I made the soup in my “highlights” in my profile if you want to go back and watch 🤣
Step 1. Sauté half a white onion in a large soup pot. Once onion is cooked down a bit add 3 chopped garlic cloves and cook until fragrant.
Step 2. Brown 1lb of organic antibiotic/hormone free Italian sausage (I used the 365 brand from @wholefoods) Cook until sausage is no longer pink...adding a bit of black pepper, sea salt and nutritional yeast. ..
Step 3. Add 3 large carrots (chopped) and a can of organic diced tomatoes. You can also sub and add a different veggie of choice or add a can of cannelloni beans. ..
Step 4. To the pot, pour 1 bag of @bonafideprovisions organic Chicken Bone broth and 1C of water. Bring heat back up to boil and then reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes. ..
Step 5. Add 2 big handfuls of roughly chopped spinach to pot and mix through. ..
Assemble. Place more spinach at bottom of your bowl. Add a ladle or two spoonfuls of soup on top, cooked basmati rice and chopped bacon. .
Additional toppings: grass-fed cheese, avocado chunks or Tabasco 🌶 .

Whipped a batch of tuna for lunch and it was so good! I used my mini food processor to chop all my veggies because time has not been my friend today 😩 and I didn’t feel like chopping! It actually made the tuna a bit more watery, a little extra veggie never hurt nobody is what I say! 🤣
To the @wildplanetfoods tuna I added celery, carrot, red bell pepper and hard boiled egg. Mixed in @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil mayo, sea salt, black pepper and put in inside a bowl with cashews, avocado, arugula, @bradsplantbased kale chips (obsessed AF) and some bell pepper scoopers...I enjoyed this out in the sun because it’s actually beautiful here in Cali right now! Salmon and avo toast making for the perfect study motivation 😍 Got a quick run + stairs workout done at the rec 🏃🏼♀️👊🏻 Then came home and needed to study but made this as a little motivation 😋 Absolutely obsessed with making salmon in the cast iron skillet, there's seriously nothing better 🙌🏻 And can we talk about how big that slice of sourdough is?! 😍 Definitely wouldn't mind having this every day for lunch 💯 I ended up layering some salmon on the toast and it was just unreal 💃🏼 Nothing like some good food to put you in a good mood 😎 Might take a study break at some point and do my BBG workout of the day but also might put it off until tomorrow 😅 Sometimes you have to prioritize and you can't always get everything in. Easy shrimp stir fry for dinner 🍴 😋 Needed this after an afternoon studying 📚 I bought a big bag of frozen stir fry veggies because it's finals week and I don't have them to individually prep the veggies 😬 Frozen veggies can be such a life saver on busy days! Loaded salad! I’m all about salads! (Basically cos you can throw anything in, and get a packed nutrient meal)😍 deets👉🏻heaps of mix greens, seasoned black beans, baked acorn squash, baked cauliflower, avocado, radishes, micro greens, and @traderjoeslist vegan pesto! Something I have done in the last year is eliminate my consumption of fluoridated water. I think I got the hang of it now. It came out perfect. After the culture was done growing, I boiled it in a marinade to give it some flavor. I froze half of it and enjoyed some for lunch today.

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache & Strawberry Tart by @scecco_food.for.thought 🌈 which row would you like?
300g dark chocolate
1 cup hazelnuts
1.5 bananas, chopped + frozen
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
Chocolate-dipped strawberries coloured with blue spirulina, pink pitaya powder and turmeric
Prepare the chocolate-dipped strawberries first and refrigerate. Pulse crust ingredients together until it clumps together. Press into tart pan and refrigerate. Blend ganache ingredients until smooth. Fill the crust 2/3 full with the ganache and refrigerate. Top with strawberries and Enjoy! #letscookvegan

I hope you are all well☺️. It‘s snowing like crazy and to be honest - I didn‘t accomplish anything I wanted to get done today. This day went by so fast and I just had lunch at 5 pm. I basically threw everything I had left from meal prep in a bowl... veggies, sweet potato and a hard boiled egg to at least have something cause I was starving.🙈 That‘s why I love meal prep - it makes sure I‘m not dying of hunger in such moments.
The only good thing today was a sportsmassage with orange oil - I‘m smelling like an 🍊 right now which somehow lets me feel christmasy🎄.

Ich konnte heute so einfach nichts erledigen und ehrlich gesagt fühle ich mich gestresst und schlecht... Mittag gabs erst um 5, da ich versucht habe so viele Dinge abzuhacken. An solchen Tag schätze ich es, vorgekocht zu haben. Ich habe einfach Gemüse, Süsskartoffel und ein gekochtes Ei in eine Schüssel „geklatscht“ und mich dann wie ein hungriger Wolf darüber hergemacht.🙈
Das einzige Highlight war heute eine Sportmassage mit Orangenöl - jetzt bin ich ein wandelnde 🍊 und fühle mich weihnachtlich.🎄😂

Dinner Tonight is our awesome oil free Vegetable Risotto #Risotto#donplantstrong It’s made by firstly dry-frying onion, celery and courgette for about 7 mind. Adding garlic, chilli cherry tomatoes coriander paprika bell-pepper and finally risotto rice. Slowly adding water as the rice cooks.
