Who loves granola? I know I do. But many store brought ones are unfortunately filled with refined sugars, emulsifiers and/or additives, especially the gluten free ones.
Oates are a great source of dietary fibre, protein, zinc, magnesium and vitamin B1. They are themselves gluten free but are generally cross contaminated with wheat products in farming or production, so you need to make sure you buy gluten free oats if you can't have any gluten products.
Home made granola is so easy to make and so yummy. Simply mix whatever dry ingredients you like in yours in a bowl and add some melted honey and coconut oil. Then spread on a baking tray and toast for 10-20 mins (depending how crunchy you like it) at 180c (stir after 5-7 mins to cook evenly). And keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn!
This one has oats, cranberries, shredded coconut, pepitas, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cashews, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, himalayan salt, pure honey and coconut oil. Would usually add sultanas too!
Serve with your favourite nut milk or rice milk and fruit or enjoy on a smoothie bowl for a nutritious breakfast 😋

Doesn’t this bloody look damn deliscious 🤤 besides donuts, brownies, cookies and all the other times of deliscious deserts in our JBT program I also love our raw wholefood citrus and pistachio cheesecake 🙋🏻 like seriously who bloody wouldn’t!

a quick and simple.. easy and delicious.. pimp yo' toast.. homemade brunch idea? I got'cha 👌 this takes 20 mins max if you don't have the veggies already made!
cut up some aubergine and mushrooms into big chunks, chuck on a baking tray with plum toms 🍅 season with some salt, pepper & any other seasonings you fancy. drizzle over some oil then give it a good stir so the veggies are evenly covered.
bake at 400° / gas mark 6 for 15 - 20 mins, stirring halfway through 🙂 whilst that's cooking make some toast *I personally recommend BREAD* 🙊 top with some hummus.. I used my homemade garlic feta green olive hummus 🍃
place on a plate and top with your warm, soft baked veggies 🙌 and if you still have a sweet tooth like me.. sprinkle on some @wyldsson cherry & dark choc sprinkles 🍒

Wearing pure happiness today 🌻 it’s so funny how a little colour in your life can change your mood completely! It has been studied the colour we surround ourselves with affects our mood and mental state. Many see colours differently but all opinions seem to link together!
The colour black many would refer to as dark and evil but mine amongst other opinions think of the colour as confidence, comfort and empowering.
The colour pink influences self love, joy, vibrancy and refreshment. Last but not least green. Many perceive green as greed, envy and jealousy but I as many others have always seen green is the colour of growth, happiness, health and tranquility.
The way you perceive colours depends on your mindset and your positive outlook on life. Finding out the meanings of colours has made me stop and look around and view my surroundings differently. I have realised that these particular colours have been surrounding me the past year of my life after me and my partner buying our first home together (if you check out the rest of my page it’s also influenced by pink, green, white, black) + plus it has made me realise that these feelings that these colour possess is exactly what I have been yearning for. Also the past year I have been achieving each mindset bit by bit.
