This is three small-medium russets that I had cooked in the InstantPot last night and freshly grated before going in the oven! Si comes suficientes calorías no tendrás deficiencias de proteínas.

Llevo ya casi 3 meses comiendo así y no he sentido debilidad, ansiedad mucho menos, cansancio, mareos o pérdida de masa muscular y veganos con muchos años en este tipo de alimentacion están más fuertes y sanos que nunca.

Aquí lo que tratamos es de nutrirnos, rotar alimentos, variar la dieta y jamás habra deficiencias de nutrientes. .
Los veganos no nos preocupamos por las proteínas, nos preocupamos por rotar la dieta y que sea rica en nutrientes.

Con 2000 calorías a 2500 calorías es suficiente para tener toda la proteína que necesitas aún comiendo solo arroz y brócoli todos los días.

Ese miedo infundado a no proveer de proteína suficiente al cuerpo ya lo perdi. Esa era la razón por la que a pesar de que en mi corazón  yo quería ser vegana no daba el salto. Me da no sé que cosa recordar este miedo infundado a una alimentacion enteramente a base de plantas.

Ahora que me alimento así me doy cuenta que hasta me paso de proteína de tantos vegetales, legumbres, cereales integrales como 😂😂😂.

Mi requerimiento de proteína es solo de 51 gramos al día. Para que te des una idea eso sería simplemente una pechuga de pollo y media al dia, así de poquita proteína necesita mi cuerpo. Y me encanta eso porque todo lo que como son carbohidratos todo el día. Puedo comer lo que yo quiera y fácil llegar a mi proteína al día, así que nada que temer a una alimentacion enteramente a base de plantas.

Happy Thursday, my dear friends. This bowl of Cinnamon Vanilla Chia Oats is a bowl of love and devotion. Let me tell you why. My mom drove to Whole Foods for me to buy these figs at a ridiculous price just because I wanted to try them and I had too much to do to drive the 35 minutes to the store. My dad brought me these cherries yesterday evening because he found a tree that was covered in them and he thought of me when he saw them and wanted me to have them.  I have the best parents. We may not be rich and my parents are no longer together, but they both will do anything and everything to ensure their children's happiness.  And that makes me the richest person in the entire world. I hope you all have a perfect day today. I am filled with love. ♡

Ultimately, I want to encourage all of us to fuel our bodies in a way that makes us feel unstoppable but can we take it a step further? 
Huge organizations are funding the USDA, federally funded government programs are telling us to eat more cheese, milk, meat. These ads are targeting young people as well and do you know who's profiting? 
This message is with love because so many people I know are affected.

* Autoimmune disease 
Most likely we all know someone that battle these health issues. It runs in my family as well so I want to learn more about prevention.

Ketogenic, atkins, paleo, carb cycling, caveman diet, blood type diet, high fat low carb, intermittent fasting, glycemic index diet and there's a lot of talk about gut health as well; So, what is the right answer?? It's the question I get asked the most. How too lose weight and keep it off. How do I improve my health? I can only speak for myself in terms what has changed my life. 
There's not a one size fits all DIET. 
What works for one may not work for someone else. I do believe we need to increase our plant based nutrition. I think we each have to make food choices that make us happy, strong, give us energy and improve our optimal health not because we HAVE to, but because we WANT to live life to the fullest. 
As consumers, we need to become detectives and really begin to uncover the TRUTHS behind what is in the food we buy. There's a lot of information out there. Be open to learning and growing. 
If you've been struggling with unhealthy eating habits,  junk food or if you've just been experiencing low energy and a sluggish feeling, you have the power to change your life. 
Commit to a clean break from unhealthy habits. You can do this!! I highly recommend watching this Netflix documentary, #whatthehealth Keep doing your research. Make food choices that will allow you to feel ✨alive✨ 💪🏽

During this time, 'just frank' supplies in local outlets will be limited. 
In preparation, I have spent the last few days stocking my fridges with slices and a variety of bliss balls to keep cafe stocks filled.

It literally happens to me 80 % of the time ( Mind you, I'm usually a planner, meaning there's practically NOT enough hours in a day for me ⏰... & with 3 toddlers, I can assure that it feels like I have 25 jobs..😩... ( However, my love for food is PRICELESS... J'aime manger.... Oh mon Dieu!😍)... So, my snack or at least what I planned on snacking on became my dinner 🍴🤣🙃 (🎵Don't cry 😭 for me Argentinaaaaa🎶👉🏽That was random!😉)
Tonight, on my plate, there are :
💜💜Two red cabbage wraps stuffed with some steamed Dinosaur Kale, yellow pepper slices, carrot slices, tomato slices, some cucumber slices, some alfalfa sprouts & some pea shots.
My oatnut sandwich 🥙 is filled with some chipotle dressing ( Just Mayo), some Daiya cheese 🧀 , sun dried tomatoes, fresh parsley leaves, more alfalfa sprouts,more pea shots aaaannd lots of broccoli florets ( not fully pictured)
Finally my snack-dinner wouldn't be complete without sweet potato 🍠 fries (oven baked)😍👌🏽.. I mean, can you say HUNGRY??😉😋
Yes, I had a bit of a rainbow 🌈 sandwich tonight & I'm full.... for now..⏰⏳😆.

I made these delicious #glutenfree tofu tacos tonight and I couldn't get enough. I used the almond crusted tofu recipe (from a few posts ago) and I made a killer mushroom stir fry. Recipe below
.
• 6 large shitaki mushrooms, sliced • 1 package of enoki mushrooms, seperate into pieces • 1 medium white onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp of coconut amino
• 2 tbsp of water
• 1 package of concentrated veggie broth (optional)
.
• In a medium skillet sautee the onions in the water until soft.
•Add in the mushrooms and remaining ingredients. • Sautee until tender

Day 4 Dinner: just having two small baked potatoes at the diner wasn't enough, so I tried making homemade hashbrowns since I used all the frozen ones up- and omg... SO MUCH BETTER! 🤤 these came out so good! I just took two russets I had made in the InstantPot and had in the fridge and grated them (how the heck did I not think I could slice my own with a grater??! DUH!), spread them around on a silpat mat on a cooking rack and cooked at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, the last few minutes on broil. So so good! Will definitely be making again!
