Herb-crusted Salmon is my favorite way to eat it. Recipe from Americas Test Kitchen.com. The panko crust gives a nice crunch. I love this recipe because the ingredients for the crust are always on hand so if wild salmon is available at Costco I know I can whip this up. Tarragon and thyme in the garden, and a wee bit of mayo and mustard.
