A little update for you all. I've been waking up really early the past 2 weeks. Mostly at 4am just to go the gym. And honestly it isn't that hard. I kind of already get used to it. But this morning when my alarm went off at 4am I nearly stayed in bed. I told myself "common stay in bed, have one off day and sleep 2 hours longer. You can go to the gym tomorrow." Well then I thought why did I always fail? Why did I gain so much weight? It's because I always said "tomorrow". I always skipped something and said "tomorrow". Not this time. This time I moved my ass to the gym. And to be honest with you I'm so glad I did. If I would've stayed in bed I would regret it and the cycle of skipping would repeat. Guys you've got 24 hours in a day. Make sure you use them wisely. Don't waste them. Give everything you have TODAY. Results will come by staying consistent and repeating good habits over and over again. Time is your friend and with time and patience you will achieve unbelievable things. Good little habits are easy to do. But why are people not doing them and are not successful? Yes, eating a bit healthier, working out, waking up a bit earlier, reading 10 pages etc is actually so simple and so easy to do but the problem is they are also easy not to do. It's easy not to get out of bed. It's easy to skip your workout. It's easy to it that burger.

Questa giornata di giovedì inizia con tanta pioggia, ma anche con questo #PLUMCAKE FIT caldo al cioccolato 🍫 con mela 🍎 e mirtilli 💜 #DELIZIOSO 😍
Per realizzarlo ho usato 30g di farina gusto Noccioloso della @bpr_nutrition, 10g farina di riso integrale, 100g di albume, 50ml di acqua 💦 mela, mirtilli e aroma al cioccolato di @myprotein.
Ho montato a neve ben ferma gli albumi ☁️ poi ci ho aggiunto le farine, l’acqua, i pezzettini di mela e i mirtilli e l’aroma, ho continuato a frullare fino a quando non ho ottenuto un impasto omogeneo; una volta ottenuto ci ho messo un cucchiaino di bicarbonato e il succo di limone 🍋 come agente lievitante.
E via in forno a 180º per 30/35 minuti 😋
(La cottura può variare, quindi fate sempre la prova stecchino)

FYI...It is a hand held scanner use in the supermarket while you shop. You can scan the products as well as it provides you infor on the items as well as the total cost in your grocery basket. When checking out it also ease waiting. Traditional way of having cashiers will be a thing of the past.😕
