I fininished recording the final part for my next album last night. This is by far the best music I have ever made. The fourth installment of the elemental series is coming soon! We have a couple new videos to release and some new merch as well.
The entire album is produced by my homie Young K who has been producing for me for over a decade! It's crazy to look back on the first records we made to where we're at now! I'll be performing some of the new songs this Friday in Windsor with the homies @nubreed519 @lilwindex and @kryple of @doomsquad4life and on Dec 8th in Kitchener opening for @seankingston

I've been struggling the past few months to find my motivation to get outside and exercise.
I think I might have trained 12 times in total throughout the months of September and October.
I'm a single, working mumma, I had a chest cold (poor me) and I also had a lot of work on, I was super busy with the kids, and I had a pile of excuses bigger than my motivation to get out there and train!
But I am back!! I've trained 4 x each week for the past 3 weeks and I feel so good for it! I've got my drive back, I want to be out there and I'm enjoying my training.
As mums to young kids we are always busy and we never prioritise ourselves, so the odd week off training, resting and eating well will bring us back stronger 💪
As long as the odd week doesn't slip into 6 months, giving yourself the odd week off training here and there throughout the year will help bring back your motivation.
So I'm filming lots more workouts for you.......ta daaaaa 👇
