Spring is definitely here in the Capital, and as much as I love my weather cold and dreary; even I can admit that this is a good look for our city.
Obsessed with the sprays of fresh spring flowers popping up all over the place, especially this gorgeous wisteria.
Channeling as much spring as I can handle with this custom floral shirt I had made a few years back. The shades of blue are perfect for wisteria.
What is inspiring you this week?

Yesterday was our last day at Wisteria (until next year!) and we spent much of it packing up, taking some last walks around the land or sipping homemade mead by the hearth fire. At one point in the early evening, we were hit by a rain storm that came and left pretty quickly but was of such an intense nature that some tents and pop-up gazebos got blown down (our tent was thankfully spared). When this happened, most of us huddled inside of the dining area and I just so happened to have a canvas and some paints with me. I quickly set up my pallet and primed my canvas and went out into the storm to paint this purple tree. This is the fourth rain painting I've made and I feel blessed to have been able to create it at the Wisteria campgrounds. I definitely feel it incorporated some of that magic. #blessings#wisteria#autumnfires#roadtrip#tree#art#acrylicpainting#painting#makeart#artistsofinstagram
Very first #inthegarden candle done! Hoping I can make it even better over time. Each flower is scented in different floral scents. #Rose , #honeysuckle , #wisteria , #magnolia and the center is #frankincenseandmyrrh and ylang ylang. The blue on the bottom is a lighter, fresh smell. Once this is melted al the way down you end up with a rainbow of amazing florals that will remind you of spring and fields of flowers. So happy with how it turned out! I'd love feed back! What do u think?
