This was an awesome exercise I received from @invisionyourlife at my last clinical hypnotherapy session. Write out 'I could...' statements, filling a page every day. Go crazy. Get creative. Forget the rules. Open your mind to the power of pure limitless possibilities without any pressure, judgement or expectations. It is a wild ride once you let go and unleash your imagination! Stop creating boundaries around your future and your potential will be able to run wild and free...

-Weighted pull ups w 5lbs, 3 sets 6/5/4 alternating grips
-Deep bulgarian split squats w 50lbs, 3 sets 12
-Push ups 3 sets: Fingertips 17, Plyo 6, dumbbell 15
-Standing cable hip abduction w 40lbs by 10 and 30lbs by 20
-Bar dips 2 by 10 -More handstands 😋
-Hollow Hold rocks 15 by 4
-Glute frog pumps 30 by 4

Such an amazing way to spend a Sunday morning doing @hydrosportsfiji jet ski safari! We rode those bad boys out onto the ocean, snorkelled amongst the fish and had an amazing experience feeding the fish literally out of the palm of our hands! .

Gratitude has some serious voodoo powers, man. Gratitude can rock your world, float your boat and get you sky high all in an instant. It will fill you up, take away your pain and lift your spirit the very moment that you acknowledge it. Cheapest therapy out there. 😜
Do you practice gratitude? Meaning, do you make a habit of identifying all of the things you are grateful for? I 'practice' daily and it is one of the most powerful tools I have found for expanding bliss, feeling joy and finding peace in my heart. It is so simple but so powerful! Take a few moments every day to acknowledge the gifts you have been given- especially when you are feeling as if you've been robbed. Gratitude will flip your perspective and release you from heavy chains. There are always gifts. Write em down. Repeat them in your head. Share them with the world. Whatever. Just do it. Once you start, you might not be able to stop because there are just so many gifts! And who doesn't like presents? Go rip em open with gratitude, friends!! 🤘🏻💫🤗🍭💕🌌
