Our bodies can make some vitamin D through sunlight on our skin, however with continued gloomy weather, we may be losing out this natural nutrient. So I am moving forward with my #1 choice in the United States, the #realdrskin . I love his precision with skin removal after #WLS and his #tummytuck incisions. He was so warm & sweet during our consultation & I really trust his expertise. Anyhoo, I sent over 10 different wish pics to my doc last night & can't wait to receive photoshopped images of myself from him with the revisions made to my butt shape. Was aiming to do 7km, but felt like I could have run forever this morning, so made it to 10km. My longest run ever, and a massive feeling of accomplishment. Had a great time #volunteering after the run at @parkrunau #gattonparkrun

individually, these ingredients are all quite great. but when they come together as a team, they make the most dynamite dish that looks/sounds way more sophisticated than it actually is!
slow cooked white fish, charred cabbage, citrus slices (blood orange + grapefruit!), avocado, and mint. olive oil drizzle at the end and a sprinkle of maldon because you’re fancy like that. it’s so totally perfect✨

Today is probably the first real bad day since surgery. I’m incredibly sick, but my actual incisions aren’t painful at all, thank goodness 🙏🏻 hoping to feel better by Sunday! Back in Winnipeg Sunday afternoon for Monday’s follow up appointment! ❤️
A successful weight loss journey isn't that much different from starting a business or going back to school. It requires a mindset 🧠 that is accepting of the journey.⠀
My word for 2018 is ADJUST for a reason. I must be willing to adjust to a new way of living if I want to enjoy the process of working my butt off to complete 5 more classes toward my degree.⠀
When we continue to complain about how something isn't fair or get caught in comparing our life to that of our peers, its really hard to adjust to OUR own life and goals.⠀
Yesterday, I started back at school for the first time in 3 1/2 years and I'm taking more classes at one time than I've ever taken before at GU. I'm a little worried I won't be able to keep up with all of the critical thinking, reading, and out of class presentation meetups. ⠀
But I'm willing to TRY. ✨⠀
I'm willing to sit in the front row and be the "brave" one to answer the difficult questions in class. I am willing to focus my attention on 1 thing at a time so that I can actually comprehend what I'm learning and enjoy it. And I'm willing to look for all of the little things that I can appreciate about what I'm learning.⠀
It's not worth fighting the hard work you have to do to get what you want. You have to put in this work. It's part of growth.⠀
So, if you're trying to enjoy exercise, eat more green vegetables, do paperwork for a business, or juggle a heavy class load-- YOU CAN DO IT! 💓⚡️✊ Just find a way that it works for YOU.⠀
