Push through!!!! The past couple of days I've been going hard. Been going to gym consistently and even making sure I'm doing long distance walking days I don't go. Aside from a 2-3 drunken nights with friends, my diet has been on point. I'm so happy to see my efforts actually working. I know I'm not the only one who's done the clean eating, done the working out, even learned how to snack healthy and didn't see any results while your workout buddy raved about weight loss. I've said it once and I'll say it again Thank God for insurance because I never thought I've be fitting smalls and extra smalls.

* And finally, this is a simple and fun way to get the word out about a serious matter that more people need to be aware of. Our veterans are brave women and men who put their lives on the line for us. It's sad that so many good veterans feel that suicide is the only way out. We encourage you to reach out to the Veterans in your life and remind them that they have the love of Christ and your love to turn to.
So far lost 7 of these lbs while on the liquid diet (only on day 4/10). I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but it helps motivate me when I get hangry. Also, I learned that I'm more prone to sobbing if my blood sugar gets too low. #noted#wlscommunity#vsgcommunity#vsgpreop#vsg2017#wls

This is my third week straight walking to work every morning (45 minute walk) and I feel flipping amazing!! Some days have been hot and gross, but mostly it's been nice and cool! My breakfast coffee gives me so much energy that I'm super pepped up and ready to go! If you don't already do some sort of activity early in the morning, I totally recommend it. Today is a hard day. The smoothies are too much dairy and too much fruit. So my guts are not happy. I love birth but am craving anything meat ATM. I have red chewed anything for a week, my body just wants a carrot 😂 I'm totally honoring where my body is and that I need to heal, but omg bring on thick soup and Puréed meat --- did I just write that? Breathing and realsing to, that so many of my cooing mechanisms for stress are food (I know) so sitting on the couch decompressing and re-aligning. Honoring the process. ❤️
