The Kakamora's of 2018 😈😈😈. I enjoy watching movies with my daughter once in a while, she seems to enjoy watching Moana over and over again.
Last weekend, I finally got to watch it with her till the end and interestingly, It was full of inspirations.
There was a scene where the Kakamora's attacked Moana and Maui because of the "heart of Te Fiti"(You might need to watch the movie😀). I remember so clearly how Moana attacked their ship after they stole the heart of Te Fiti. The sight of the Kakamora's were threatening but she told herself "they are just Coconuts" and she treated them as such and recovered the gem.
My question: How would you handle your scary situations(the Kakamora's) in 2018?
Answer: By focusing and leveraging on your strengths!
Assuming you have a scary habit of being a "Procrastinator" but you are a fun loving person.
Why not give yourself a fun threat strictly each time you accomplish a task?
Please note very importantly: Do not ignore your scary situations/weaknesses, face them head on and deal with them by focusing & leveraging on your strengths!

1️⃣Was ist deine Vision?
Talking about investing in yourself... Tricia will be doing a review on this book today. Plan to join the live class. #Repost @triciabiz (@get_repost)
Such an interesting read that I devoured all 386 pages in 2 sittings. There are over 30 business lessons I picked from Phil but I will be sharing just 10.
You can find the book later and get the rest for your business.
Very practical, relatable strategies and as usual I will dissect it putting the African business environment in context.
Who is up for some learning 9pm today. Do like this 🙋🙋. No replays by the way. Be here.
You know when you meet someone and they just click? Well today was that day. Robert Noble at #merrilllynch has an incredibly interesting background and we bonded over his coffee farm, entertainment background, and all around cool demeanor. Definitely someone I can learn from and network with. He's a showstopper. 😎

Building offline visibility is also very important to retaining loyal customers.
What impression does your first time customer have about your business?
This can be reflected in your packaging, promotional material, receipts, complimentary cards, logo and in addition if you have a physical store, can be reflected in the way you arrange your products, the condition of your products.
*Swipe to see the strategic visibility of an orange hawker.
What do your customers perceive as they step into your store? Insecticide?
Is your lightening bright enough to admire the beautiful stuffs you have?
What colors are your walls?
Do they represent the image you want your clients to remember for a long time?
How are you or your employees dressed?
According to @aihot "Dress how your customers want you to look, not how you want to" more like "Act like the romans when in Rome"
Think about how you can improve your offline visibility in 2018.
