Anyone who says social media is superficial, they are doing it wrong. Haha
They aren't followers, that's my family, my tribe!
Those aren't just brands! They are bad ass self starters providing for their families.
Those aren't bots! Wait. Yeah, that's a bot.
Social media is what you make it. Anytime I've ever shared any brand or product it's because I truly love them and they are real, hardworking, amazing people. I never got a chance to publicly say thank you to all the brands that rallied behind us when my family got that devastating blow. So I'm going to tag them and you guys go show them some love ♡ (it won't let me tag everyone! )

"Little by little, one travels far."
- - -
Not everyone is destined to walk the same path. Some people are genuinely happy to work a 9-to-5 job and raise a family. Other people, such as myself, were called to a different path.
My journey to pursue a life of outdoor adventures and landscape photography started a couple years ago. Through my excursions, I understood that my life is HERE and NOW.
I want to live my life unbounded and with an abundance of love. I want to look back on these days and know that I did my very best to live with passion and gratitude in my heart, to know that I have kept my mind and eyes wide open in every moment, and that I have found the beauty in every hardship.
It is important to live your life to the fullest, and only your heart can tell you what that looks like.
I already thought the ocean was cool but then you throw in a piece of wood tied to a string and it becomes a million times better. It's the little things. If this could be my backyard I'd be down for that.
Learning someone is like feeling sunshine on your skin after days tucked under dark clouds. Unfamiliar, them warm.
You plant small pieces of yourself into their life and hope they bloom. You share with them facts and figures that nestle their way into the cracked parts of their soul.
Filling it up with you. The thousand pieces of you.
Here’s a fact and here’s a figure: Whenever I stand in front of a foggy window, I reach out with the tip of my finger and draw a tiny smiley face. I always hope one day a stranger will be standing in front of that same fogged window and notice a tiny, happy face staring back at them.
I always hope they look close enough to see the lines of fingerprints.
These are the thousand pieces that make up every part of your soul.
These are the pieces I want to fit together and these are the fingerprint lines in the drawing on the corner of your fogged windshield that I hope you notice on a cold day.
Bear lake. The easiest hike in Rocky Mountain NPS and looks cool in all seasons. We are heading over to RMNP soon again and can't wait to see more of the park. I am slowly regaining muscle strength which means I may be able to hike longer this time💪🏻🙏. What is your favorite hiking trail in RMNP? #findyourpark @goodlifexplorers
The Mogao Caves at Dunhuang, in the Gansu province of China. The Mogao Caves are a system of 492 temples containing Buddhist art that spans over a period of 1,000 years. The first caves were dug in 366 AD. This place is one of the most spectacular that I've ever been to. It's not particularly easy to get to if you're not part of a tour group but it's an awe-inspiring experience standing at the feet of Buddha sculptures 2,000 years old and 116 feet (or about 12 stories!) high.
Utah photography friends! You still have time to print and submit to the #utahstatefair photography competition! If you print from @nationsphotolab THIS WEEKEND they should arrive in time. PM me if you have questions, it's fun!!!
I'm fed up with Someday. Of always looking forward. Of always wishing and waiting. Of concerning myself with the life I hope to happen over the one I am already living. I want to exist in the now. To be happy and satisfied here, with what I have and nothing else.” // Beau Taplin, Someday

Perched on Hell's Backbone. This drive is wild and we would highly recommend. Don't fall off the Backbone or you'll be lost to the Box Death Hollow Wilderness for...ev...er! (Names like this are so much better than [Insert Dead White Guy Name Here] Wilderness. Like who doesn't want to backpack the Box Death Hollow Wilderness?)
