Quoting yourself - is that a thing?
This is a snippet from the @ctvatlantic report that I posted last week. I'm not going to lie - even though I'm in PR and I'm not super shy, sharing my personal experience is a bit intimidating.
But the response has been really great - from friends and family, work colleagues, people I see in my daily travels, complete strangers and folks online.
Hopefully our experiences resonate with other women and this community continues to grow in our neck of the woods.
We all have our own story and there is value in putting it out there. And I'm kind of proud we managed to share ours without swearing 🤷🏻♀️
How you start your day will determine how you create your life.
Stop snoozing through your alarms, snoozing through life and snoozing through your unlimited potential. Commit to waking up with a passion, with a purpose and with a plan so you can create a life you truly want and deserve. And if unhappy with the life you’ve created, think about what you want out of it and how you can change it.
Honestly just do one thing for me.. change your attitude and I guarantee you’ll change your day and maybe even your life.

330x7 ... decided I need to set the intention of being nicer to myself. I called myself a weak bitch like 10 times during and after this set... I have high expectations and when I don't meet them I can be hard on myself. . but there is something to celebrate in every session, every week , every cycle, which is something that @gaglionestrength really helped me see.
SO TODAY I celebrate that after months in volumeville I finally got to touch weight over 75% on all my lifts this week, and hit some rep PRS in one way or another.

| Practice discipline | Work has been pretty hectic this week and so my regular training sessions have been sporadic 👎🏼 but I’m happy to be getting myself back into a rhythm again 💪🏼 I’m making sure I’m more disciplined in my training and work schedules ⏰ It makes for a happier Ellie 😆
Black frriyyyayyyyy ♣️. Obliques somehow comin through after a thanksgiving feast but put all those carbs to good use in the gym today 💪🏼. Gotta love a good pump post thanksgiving meal, holla! Had so much energy today.
If you ate to much yesterday, it’s alright it won’t kill you or your progress. I had a few too many desserts bc I have SUCH a sweet tooth 😋. Just hop back into your routine this weekend but never sacrifice memories for food or workouts.
