DAY 6 dinner...okay guys this food does not photograph well! 🤷🏼‍♀️ but WOW! best cauliflower fried rice I have ever made! I used coconut oil and it gave the dish this coconut flavor that really made it so yummy! I used carrots, celery, sweet peppers, onion, ground chicken, garlic, cauliflower rice, and 2 eggs...seasoned with sesame oil and coconut aminos! topped with chili sauce ❤️ keeping this recipe FOREVER! all it’s missing is peas...damn I love peas. whole30 doesn’t allow them though. 😑

I’ve been super lazy today and didn’t want to spend a lot of time on dinner, so I poured a little chicken broth in a 9x13” dish, put chicken breasts in and topped with a packet of @lipton recipe secrets onion mix and baked at 375F until chicken was done (about 35 minutes). Voila and 1sp per breast. 🍽

I'm still salivating thinking about dinner last night🤤. Easiest meal ever👌🏼. Baked chicken breast tenders with @flavorgod lemon garlic seasoning🍋, roasted asparagus with same seasoning🌱, and cauliflower rice with #FlavorGod everything seasoning🍚. #latergram

So this does actually look like 💩 on a plate, although it was really nice.  The chicken korma curry from the #leanin15 maintain book.  My learnings for next time are half a red chilli 🌶 instead of a full one as it was a bit hot for us - mouth on 🔥 😂 Secondly a bit more coconut milk and simmer for less time.  I went over kill on the simmering as I was paranoid about giving us food poisoning with uncooked chicken 😂 Served with cauli rice - winner all round! Tagged ladies?
