This book has made me realize how little I know about myself each time I see a reflection of me in it. It also made me realize(plus I had this in mind for a long time) that I want to do something to increase and promote metal health awareness.
A heavy heart today. As someone who has battled depression since I was a teen, and struggled with suicide myself, I understand his battle. Unfortunately, it became too much for him. The world lost a talent that cannot be replaced. Linkin Park was a huge part of my adolescence, and even still they remain one of my favorite bands. I usually don't get too emotional when it comes to celebrities passing away. Not because it isn't saddening, but because I didn't know them personally. This is different for me. May you Rest In Peace Chester 💔
Sort yourself. Start by sorting things physically. Clean your room. Start reading the unfinished books. Buy new diaries. Put on the music you used to listen in your childhood. Dance, all by yourself, for yourself. Paint something utterly stupid. Give yourself another chance. Don't wait for anyone to come and fix you, FIX YOURSELF.
