Share something you’ve made.
I used to draw. I took art classes and painted as well. Dabbled in a bit of all of it at one time. Like anything you have to continually practice to keep your skills sharp. I am lucky if I can draw a decent stick figure anymore. It would take me daily drawing exercises to get those skills back in shape.
Same goes for photography. You need to practice to keep your skills, to continually learn and grow your craft. Something I've sadly gotten away from in the last several months. Life and work sometimes get in our way. We need to make time for this. Our passions help keep us healthy and happy.

....I decided to go through a walk in nature this morning on my own...as I was feeling uncomfortable in my mind body and soul and thought nature would help ease my troubled mind...
I found myself on a field hugging a tree and crying my eyes out 😭🌳🤗
For around 15 minutes....
It was one of the best therapies I'd experienced and by God did I feel so much lighter and more relaxed in myself.
The key sometimes is not to ask "why I'm feeling like this or what's causing this upset"
But just allowing the emotion to rise and fully accepting that it's there...no matter how shitty it may feel... most people would agree once you release trapped emotion you do begin to feel better almost instantaneously.
So these are my words of truth and encouragement to you all this Sunday.
