Holy cow!! Today was our fastest mile yet!! 😱💪🏻 not to mention half of that mile I had to throw Teddi into the stroller because she had to go potty and was walking slow which made me worried she would pee herself 😐 so mama power walked and pushed a good 80lbs! Needless to say I was sweating!
Got inside and jumped right into the rest of my workout; as many squats, lungs and pelvic thrusts as I could do in a minute..... I lost count because I was to busy staring at the timer 🤣
Followed by 20 modified push ups and a 30 second plank.
I am feeling awesome and red in the face ☺️ I have missed this feeling this natural bad ass high lol!

Today my workout said 47 minutes (I usually do around 30 min. Each day 😝), so I wasn't looking forward to it. However, once beginning, I forgot about the time due to the mix up of moves and one of my fave shows on in the background 🤷🏻♀️. Thankful to have gotten my workout in today!
