So a little while I explained on my story about utilising a "rest day" by going to the gym and hitting weak spots. So I thought i would try show what I mean. About 5 years ago I broke me right collarbone pretty bad, so in relation to that my right side of my body sits lower than my left, my right pec and delts suffer because of this. So on my weak spot days I try concentrate on getting some more volume to these areas to try and bulk them up to be a little more even. .
Today was a busy day but we got through about 120 kids trying out for Midget and Bantam hockey for Kelowna Minor Hockey.
I now have even more work ahead of me, inputting all this data we collected today.
Maybe I'm a huge nerd but I enjoy looking at the data to figure out where these kids need to improve on the most.
Today was the first day to getting better!
Also, thanks to the volunteers that helped out today because without you, today wouldn't have ran as smooth as it did.
Sorry for the sound being off. MAX EFFORT! 405 lbs block pull off two 45 plates. BW at 133.6 which is 303% of my BW. First time ever attempting 4 plates. Last time I did over 400 was back in Jan. Next, going to pull off the floor! 💪 #motivated#inspired
One more day. One more day until the eclipse, one more day until my first day off since May 19th. Honestly, I am gonna miss your beautiful faces. For a minute. ;) Pop in the shop for a great hostess gift for your eclipse party, or your eclipse glasses (you know who you are), or to see these lovely cutting boards from @adrianswoodproducts out of Darien, Ga. So thrilled to offer some of their beautiful product in the shop!!
