I believe that I can help people, I try my best every day to help someone eat better, make them feel better about themselves, make them smile, help them get a better body so they feel more confidant, happier. Apart from believeing in myself, I believe in you, and her, and him too. Start believeing in yourself and that will take you far, way further. I’m happy to say I hit a new max today, I can finally deadlift 295!! I know tons of guys and girls who can lift heavier than me and I mean it’s fine we’re all on different paths and you should never compare yourself to anyone else, but I’m happy that I’m following the path of my inspirations. Getting results in life comes through consistency and dedication. It means putting in the work when you’re tired, uninspired and distracted. How does one go about doing that? I won’t pretend to have an answer for every situation or every person, but generally what I’ve discovered works well for me is to simply start ▶️. There are days I spend long hours working and I just want to go home a relax, but instead I drive myself to my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, I change into my Gi and I start warming up. Once I start, it becomes very easy for me to work hard and complete the class. Same thing with working out...when I hit a mental state of wanting to skip a workout, I get dressed, head to the gym and start lifting...and once my body is moving the workout is easy to get through. In each case I always feel great when I’m done! This is true with most things in my life...work, chores, lifting, BJJ, and doing my taxes 😂! Yes, this is what grindin’ is all about...going hard when you aren’t feeling it, putting in work when others tell you to just take a break, and getting things done when others are sitting around hoping their dreams will be achieved. Even if you occasionally fail to do this, don’t get discouraged just get back to ⚙️ GRINDIN’ ⚙️ and great things will happen! Let me know how you stay on track!
