I GOT QUADS....INDEED I do Friends....I'm sitting in a chair with my legs raised at a 90% angle here & have edited the crap outa this pic so you can see the line of muscle at the bottom of my pic....The purpose of this post is to discuss all the things I can do EASILY now WITHOUT pain since losing close to 15kg & started working out with my PT....Some of them you may recognise as being issues you currently experience yourselves....1/ I get out of bed with NO pain....I used to slide out on my tummy & put each knee on the carpet slowly & drag myself up....2/ I can put my undies on standing up....I no longer step into them while they're resting on the floor....3/ I can get up & out of a chair without pain....My right hip & thigh used to ACHE like a bitch....4/ I jump out of my van after a drive to Castlemaine with NO aches....I used to slide out gingerly like an OLD lady....5/ I can walk up steps & step up onto raised surfaces without effort or PAIN....6/ I can squat down & up to take pics for several hours at the CVB with NO pain....7/ I can hold the clutch in until the light changes instead of leaving Mr Mitsu in neutral 'cause it's TOO HARD & last but by no means least....8/ Pelvic Floor exercises are a BREEZE....NOTHING could escape the strangle hold I can squinch up now 🙄😉😂....!!!!! Walked about 4.20 miles today. Still need to do weights later. I also bought a thigh master thing which maybe I'll try later. And I ordered some bike shorts which I need to try on. I hope they will fit.
I've only worn this tank a couple times and it's already a little big I think, not terribly but I noticed it. One day I need the energy to sort thru my clothes and clean out some stuff that doesn't fit and see what maybe I can salvage and make still fit.
Squat Challenge Day 30: Ende?
Heute endet offiziell die Squat Challenge. Zwar mit einem Pausen Tag, aber dafür war ich ja heute im Gym und ich halte mich an den Rat meines Trainers dann nichts mehr zuhause zu machen. Die Challenge mag ja vorbei sein dennoch werde ich die Squats beibehalten. Vielleicht nicht mehr jeden Tag 100 Stück aber irgendwie werde ich sie mit einbauen. Fazit: 250 korrekte Squats hätte ich nie geschafft. Auch die 100 sind nicht alle perfekt. Aber ich habe gemerkt wie ich nach und nach besser geworden bin. Schlauchen tun sie mich immernoch gewaltig. Gebracht haben sie aber ein bisschen was. Und deswegen werde ich auch weiterhin welche machen.
