All things considered, I'm a pretty simple girl. I am easily pleased with pizza and burgers...I just try not to have them too often 😜
I had to work late tonight and didn't make it to the gym...but I'm sore AF anyways so a rest day was in order. •
This homemade pizza has wholegrain dough, anchovies (aka PROTEIN), sundries tomatoes (vitamin c?) and olives (bc more veggies=more better 👍👍)

When you are working the desk with the squad meatheads and have to break the news to them that they are both being mandatorily held on leg day. Does that get them discouraged? Nah, @renatomaure just scoops up 230lb @shhhweeks and knocks out a few reps.

We are using the #squatacop challenge to raise awareness for the mytwofrontteeth.org and familygivingtree.org charities. These charities are working to bring Christmas gifts to those kids who are less fortunate then most by letting you purchase them a gift from a wish list on their website. I've got that squatters body fo' sho!!! 🍑🍑🍑 Ive been trying a new workout programme over the past few days (shoutout to @misfitathletics !! ). I love the movements but it's too much bopping all around the gym for me. If I was in a @crossfit gym this would be awesome. So, at first glance this work out wouldn't seem so bad but add the fact that while your partner is doing said workout, you are doing squats until they are done and vice versa. I made it thru 2 rounds (30 minutes total) before I had to call it quits because I was close to barfing! Go me. #WorkItOut#FatGirlRunner#SquatsForDays#LegDay#KaiaFitSacramento
I don't want my "pre-baby body" back. So often women give birth and immediately strive to get back to their pre-baby body. I just gave birth. I created a beautiful tiny human. My body is incredible. I maintained a healthy lifestyle during my pregnancy but my body is absolutely different and that's okay. I want to be better than before. It will take time but I would rather strive to better the body I have now than to try desperately to get back to my physique before my baby girl came into this world. Don't get hung up on what you looked like before, take what you have and work toward your goals. I want to be better than my pre-baby self, I want to be stronger than before and keep working on myself, inside and out.

GUYS. Through the last six months of my journey I have seen many pillars in our fam have the opportunity to take part in “test groups” for new programs. They’ve gotten to work closely with the trainer, get first hand experience with a new program, and have a group of fully-committed encouraging individuals around them. Well, that’s now an opportunity open to ME and YOU BET I am taking it.
WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU PASS UP THAT OPPORTUNITY?! .
I am on the look out for a couple accountability partners and basically bffs before it is go time (and y’all, this isn’t a program to come in on cold-turkey! Prep with us!). You’re worth the work and the effort and the time. .
Now’s the time when everyone is making their plan. I’ve got mine, and for once it’s only a continuation of what I’ve been doing/building on top of it because it’s SUSTAINABLE (what a blessing that is!). .
