That said, however, a lot of us actually LOVE being in the gym and will find any excuse to be in there more frequently. If that’s you, then a Legs/Push/Pull workout like the one above is perfect! 上週遇到了運動倦怠期,以前習慣運動3-4天的我,上週只有運動2天其他時間都在耍廢,覺得很累很不想動,只想大吃沒有別的。所以假日的時後我真的去大吃火鍋,大口吃肉,還大喝湯。吃完之後就很有羞恥心的去運動了,本來以爲怠惰了幾天狀況會很差,沒想到在休息幾天後再加上背負著大吃的羞恥心,運動狀況非常的良好,重訓後還非常有體力的做了15分鐘的有氧。所以有時候逼迫自己運動,倒不如隨著自己的心情調整做運動會來的更有效率也會動的比較開心💪🏻💪🏻

A deadlift variation that you should try out.

You know, because I said so and I’m a fairly serious guy.
_
This is a Sumo Romanian Deadlift being performed by one of my hybrid clients, Ebonny.
_
This is a great variation as it targets the upper glutes (glute medius), hips, and groin due to the width of the stave and the feet pointing outward.
_
On top of all this it’s also perfect for improving hip mobility too as it’s a more controlled exercise, so over time you’ll be able to open up the hips more.
_
The main cues for this are:
> Feet out with hip width apart
> Toes pointed out at around 10 and 2 o'clock
> Brace your upper body by turning your elbows in toward your sides
> Push your chest outwards
> Start to sit back with your weight being more on the heels
> Lower the weight to just below the knee
> Drive back up. > Squeezing the glutes at the top

If you find this difficult then just start off using a kettlebell until you get used to the movement as not everyone can sit in the sumo position due to tight hips or general poor flexibility, but it's worth sticking to it.
