Someone yesterday asked me this question and I really wanted to address it to all my fellow girls ! They asked "why do you keep going? You got your results why not stop". And I see why she would ask me that so I wanted to list a few of the many reasons why I still show up daily💪🏻
1. Because I'm doing this for me and o let me
2. This is my stress outlet
3. I'm learning to love sweat
4. Because I've had enough rest days to last a life time
5. Because my body is a temple
6. Because it's about time I became the best self I can be
7. Because I'm tired of being underestimated
8. To prove that I am stronger than what they gave me credit for
9. To say I literally worked my ass off for this body
10. Because if I don't take care of my body it won't take care of me
I'm at a place in my life where peace is my priority and negativity cannot exist 👌🏻I've decided in the last year I want to spend the rest of my life laughing. I want to choose happiness day after day! And hats not saying I don't fail, because I fail often. But instead of living in the negativity I move on✨
Today I took the time to make my soul happy going apple picking with some of my favorite people! Sometimes spending time with your humans is all you need to get that smile. And maybe a few apples 🍎🍏🍎🍏getting to work with and on a team with some of my favorite people is amazing! Have a team to stand behind me even on those off days even better! Being happy doing what you love daily (coaching and empowering Women) is the best 💜

It took 8 months to finally decide to make a change instead of watching everyone else & wishing I had the body I always wanted.
Funny that it only took me 8 months to get the body that I had always wanted. Yet I gained so much more along the way.
Sometimes we do something in life and look back & realize that little decision gave us so much more than we expected.

15 reps each exercise, each leg. 15 sec rest (For the push-ups aim for 5-10) Repeat workout 3-5x.
Burpees into a clap jump
Pushups (out-shoulder tap)
Push up ankle touch
FINISHER- Explosive push-ups (alternative 5-10 normal)

I find myself comparing myself to EVERYONE. Which is ridiculous because how would I be able to live everyone else's life?

A little inform push-ups with MMA dynamic strength ✔️ I cannot believe October is almost over! Does anyone else think this month is flying by?! Our sneak peak for our November boot camp went so incredibly well! And we are all so excited to welcome the new girls into our excited team✨ my life has been so incredibly and amazingly changed by this great team, and I've seen so many other people's lives change. This team is so amazing when it comes to encouraging and uplifting Women in the making then realize their potential! Empowering women has to be one of my favorite things!
